Absolutely amazing and professional in every aspect !!!

Andrea and Hassan are amazing, orders arrive the next day after they are available in the shop. I'm sure I have ordered more than 10 times! I hope at some point they get a physical shop which I will visit for sure.

I've done goodness knows how many orders with Tokkipop and they are amazing! All my orders come in good condition and in good timing. Thank you both! You're amazing!

Really nice people who work hard at their store. Orders come so fast once they have the items on hand.

Really thoughtful with freebies they give you on the first order and the hand written postcards make it even more special.

I am honestly so happy I ordered from here. I was so unsure of buying from here. I usually go for retailers such as amazon or hmv and this was a shop that just started out but, I ordered an album that was a limited edition and this was the shop that offered the most competitive price. I remember seeing a couple of videos on tik tok of the sellers during or after covid that were quite entertaining, so I trusted my guts and bought the album. Not only it came nicely packaged with the cutest tape, but it came with the most adorable photocard and some freebies of the store. They are genuinely so pretty that I have displayed them in my room! Seeing how much effort they put in just their logo, I would trust them with all my future orders. Oh, and the delivery times were accurate to what they were posted!

1st time buying products from this company and I’m very impressed. My albums arrived very well packaged and they also arrived to me quickly after dispatch.

Such a great small business. I ordered an item i was struggling to find elsewhere and their price was super reasonable. I will definitely shop there again.
