Huge let down in service

Huge let down in service ,
Place an order on 14th May 2025, but until today , I still have not received my order . Paid in full with credit card and was told there was a refund due to some expiry of production date. I am from Singapore.

The remaining items were dispatched immediately on 22nd May. We have since raised an inquiry with DHL to determine the reason for the delivery delay, and we will share any updates with you directly via email as soon as we receive them.

Issue Resolved Fairly

My experience started off quite disappointing, but I genuinely appreciate the effort made by the Tom Oliver Nutrition team to resolve the issue. Their customer service was respectful and responsive, and the final outcome was fair. I hope this level of care continues for all customers in the future.
