The service was very good. The way they handle the customers were perfect.

Toni & Guy Guildford - I was a model yesterday and the treatment was really good. However, the customer service was poor. Amelia (trainee / apprentice) was very nice but there were three things she did which annoyed me. Firstly she didn’t tell me which salon it was so I went to the one in Godalming but it was actually at the one in Guildford. Secondly she made me wait ages while mixing the colour without telling me what was going on, I saw her going into different rooms but never came back to the chair. Lastly she didn’t tell me they only accept cash for models so I had none on me. Also she didn't take all of the stains from the hair dye off my face so I pointed it out and she tried her best but there was still some left. Another stylist (Lola I think) came over to check the colour so I mentioned it to her and all she said was "Yeah that'll come off" and then walked away. The pad they used with stain remover on was right by her. I've tried to take it off today with soap and water but it's really stubborn and probably would have come off yesterday with stain remover if Lola listened to me instead of dismissing me

A very friendly welcome from Ashley in reception and the offer of refreshments. James and Sarah did an excellent job with our haircuts and my wife's colour. A real "Tony & Guy special. A salon to revisit.

Great service. Lovely welcome at reception. Fabulous head massage when I had my hair washed by Sophie. Then Sam was brilliant! I went for a short haircut and Sam talked through every step. I'm so pleased with the result.

Great experience with Aaron in the Bristol branch, he’s so down to earth and friendly… I love having my keratin treatment with him… he’s very unique and so refreshing…I have never met such a nice person as him before in a saloon.
He’s simply the best ever 👌

Leah is the best! She’s been colouring my hair for the past 18 months - I lost a lot of hair after child birth and she’s looked after me so well and taken so much care with my hair. The condition has improved so much. Thank you Leah!

Booked a senior hair stylist hopping for a more qualified professional cut! How wrong I was!
I told the stylist I wanted long lares in my hair, I came out with short all over that I'm struggling to blow dry.
Absolutely waste of money and now will have to wait till it grows to do anything with it.
Do not pay more for a senior stylist in the cromer salon.
Not sure what date it was exactly.

Had an appointment at Toni and Guy Newcastle Ridley place. They called and asked if I could come in early, which I did, when I got there, they had booked another customer, and I had to wait nearly an hour. The whole experience, seemed rushed, and I felt completely unattended to. The hair cut itself took 15-20 minutes, and again felt rushed. I was very unhappy with the haircut. Horrible experience. Talentless staff. Will not go back again.

I waited a long time to come back to Toni and Guy and was so ready to trust my hair would look lovely and it does. I knew I could trust it would work had a new very short hair style and I absolutely love it best hair cut I’ve ever had it truly works for me. At 55 I changed my life for a new me and needed a new hair cut I am so grateful to how lovely he was with me and will be hopefully where I can come back regularly now to have him cut my hair couldn’t be happier. If I was going to go short Toni & Guy is the only place I would allow that to happen. From start to finish nicest experience.

I’m very satisfied with my experience at Tony&guy. I had a colour change performed by Ian, he is very knowledgeable and he fixed what I thought was un fixable. If you looking for an amazing result, he is the person you need to speak to. I also had a great hair cut by Delcy. Definitely going back.

It was a great experience from beginning to end, Courtney was lovely, she listened and explained the process. The head massage coupled with the massage chair was a nice touch!

Ana-Maria always gives me a good advice and cuts my hair perfectly. She manages to make my very short hair look feminine and attractive.

All staff are friendly & welcoming.
Lorna is an excellent hairdresser. I'm always amazed how she styles my hair just as I want it.

I took my son for a haircut and he was really happy with his haircut. He has curly hair and his hair came out great and they had great knowledge about curly hair.

So always go here to get my fresh hair cut which may I add spend over £100 just for a cut and blow dry but this time hardly did any changes at all and blow dry was done nice but one layer maybe but don’t even notice it , asked for more layers and did then message the person whom had cut it and was ignored comeplety won’t return I really annoyed as I kept coming here

First time trying this Tony and Guy branch and i had an amazing experience. My stylist Maddie did and amazing job, exactly what i wanted to a tee. Would definitely recommend customer service is amazing and super quick. I will definitely be back!!
