Purchased a Double motor battery operated sprayer, defective non ISI product, received after 10days. The product packed in non standard pack. Intimated toolsvilla with photo. Corresponding Toolsvilla since 40 days.
Neither replacing with ISI right product nor returning paid and delay compensation. Toolsvilla is advised to open and check wires, which toolsvilla removed for transporting. Toolsvilla fraudulent company it seems, don't buy products through this site. Lodged a complaint with consumer forum. Hope, the consumer forum will resolve. Stop buying from tools villa.

Worst service, please don't purchase from this site. They don't ship the product even after 4-5 days of ordering and no option for cancellation.

First they sent small size product and replaced it after 15 days but again today and no one replying on email. Order Date- 15th Dec, 2026 First wrong product delivery date - 20th December (complaint raised same day) Pickup of wrong product - 27th December (They wasted 08 days just to pick the wrong product) Delivery again wrong product - 05-01-2026 (No one replying) They are not sending the correct product and not refunding the amount as well. They wasted complete 21 days and still didn't get the correct product.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD It's a fraud company. I ordered a chain saw and received a bathroom cleaner the package weight written was .750 gm how can a chain weight so less. I made a package opening video in front of the delivery guy. After that I applied for a return sending them the full parcel opening and repacking video but the company didn't refund my money they stopped receiving our calls and never replied to my emails. This company is earning subsidy from government and looting the poor farmers and small workers doing 2* fraud. In the name of startup Chetan Khaitan fraudster. The government should look into the agriculture fraud and punish these people coz agriculture is related mostly to poor farmers and companies like the really destroy them.

5. I saw company reviews... mostly 1* raiting.. but i was shocked that it is unanswered by the company.. it means company is not serious about it's fame..
6. Most problems are related to poor service means buyers are in trouble.. and company doing nothing or poor management
7. Delivery is a problem

10. And the biggest problem company not doing anything significant..It's really sad

Complete fraud website. Ordered 3 no.smanual sprayer. Two were okay. One was completely defective. They are refusing to replace as 72 hrs have passed. This is a useless company and need to be reported to higher authorities for this type of fraud business.

I placed an order for a 16-litre agricultural spray machine on October 6, 2025 through Toolsvilla. Today is November 7, 2025, and I have still not received the product.

I have contacted Toolsvilla customer service multiple times (around 20 calls), but every time I receive the same response — “The issue has been escalated; please wait for 24–48 hours.” There has been no real action or update so far.

I was also asked to raise a support ticket via email, but even that remains unanswered. Toolsvilla continues to blame DTDC courier, whereas DTDC has informed me that the item has been marked as delivered, which is false. I have not received any delivery.

This indicates a serious lack of coordination and accountability between Toolsvilla and DTDC. The handling of this order has been highly unprofessional. Toolsvilla is a fraudulent company. Stay away

This is a fraud company. They sell damaged and poor quality products. ive ordered 2 times. both time the product i received was damaged on arrival. i emailed their customer support. and sent photos of the damaged product within an hour of delivery. they later cancelled my number saying that i need to send a video of the opening of the product.
Thye have poor customer service and lots of follow up.

TOOLS VILLA is fraud B2C company with No support of return and refund. Better stay away , still want to burn your finger than do not enter with any high value product on their website. Their so called customer care even refused to acknowledged unpacking video reported to them. On 10 October 25 placed online order for knapsack spray machine. later delivery was done on 26 October 25. The vendor from Jaipur dispatched one unusual old plastic box against the Napture Knapsack spray machine. . The complaint to this effect has been lodged on their website under customer review as, well email and WhatsApp and phone call but to no avail. They even do not pick up the phone and after repeated attempts, one ill trained lady Momita, instead listening to the customer grievance claimed accessories are with box ( which was not the case) . Even that old useless plastic box was fake with no level of Naptune make and refused to give contact details of higher-ups to escalate the matter. But they refused outright. Now left cheated with loss of money and time.

I purchased a motion sensor that was described as working both day and night, but after testing, I found that it only works at night. I reported this issue within 24 hours of purchase and sent multiple emails explaining that the product description was misleading. Despite my repeated requests to return the product due to false information, I have only been told to continue using it. I am requesting a return and refund based on the incorrect product description but they keep ignoring and saying us to use the product which has no use so I recommend not to buy from toolsvilla

Most un reliable website, even after one week not able to deliver for a fully paid product. ordered on 22nd, 23rd dispatched from Maharashtra, it is suppose to come to Bangalore, but the product is lying down in Surat, Gujarat on 29th. when checked on phone with Toolsvilla, she said its couriers problem, toolsvilla do not have hold. Bangalore is one of the most connected places in the country, its easy to come here rather than Gujarat, we should give - ratings One star also not eligible for this. Better to not order.

Very bad experience! Got the sealing machine with damaged packaging and wire coming out. Unsafe and poor quality — totally disappointed!

The return policy is too bad. Once order is placed, you can’t return if you change your mind. It’s better to buy from other online site like Amazon or Flipkart.
