I had one of the most frustrating experiences with Toolavilla. I purchased the INGCO 20V Lithium-Ion Cordless Air Blower from them, and the product turned out to be defective. Initially, I was told the issue was with the charger, so I spent extra money to buy a new one. Even then, the blower didn’t work, and the batteries also failed.

When I raised a return request, Toolavilla flatly refused, leaving me stuck with a faulty product. I later got the product rechecked, only to find out that the new charger was also defective! This clearly shows poor quality checks and no accountability.

To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of assisting with a genuine problem, they denied responsibility and refused to provide a resolution.

I would strongly advise others to stay away from Toolavilla. They sell faulty products, refuse returns, and have zero regard for customer satisfaction. A complete waste of money and time!

I bought a Kalsi Hand Operated Juice Machine No. 9 With Rotating Handle for Orange, Mosambi for Rs 2495 from tools villa on 1/9/25. The product has multiple defects and has not met the promised quality standards. The issues I am facing are as follows:
• The handle of the juicer slips when I try to rotate it.
. The juicer leaks from the machine while preparing
• Sweet lime rind gets stuck inside the machine, requiring me to dismantle the whole unit to remove it.
• The vacuum cups at the base, meant to stabilize the unit, come off whenever I lift the machine.
• The overall build quality is very poor.
After compaining they shared me an instruction video for assembling the unit that video was not having any proper instructions even after informing the problems I am facing through call they were instructing me to make video of juicer and up load they were not responding to any of my concerns like even a lay man can understand like The vacuum cups at the base, meant to stabilize the unit, come off whenever I lift the machine.

Product of imperium flour mill was forcibly sent to me as generic flour mill I had ordered was out of stock and as mine was prepaid order they said they will not refund but I have to select different order.
GS11692618 was my order and the product is diff from the one shown in pic. Manufacturer calls me and says picture is only for reference and we dont send same. There is no QA/ISO symbol and moreover it is giving shocks..and on checking we got to know body has current presence. Now manufacturer says once it's been travelled wire might have come out somewhere get it repaired.
I am 😭 for opting this toolsvilla..thinking go desi..I beg every one of you do not buy...this exists only to cheat people..please take care

I had a very disappointing experience with this website. They are highly irresponsible towards their customers. Queries go unanswered, commitments are not fulfilled, and there is no proper communication or support when issues arise. A customer expects reliability and accountability, but unfortunately, this platform lacks both. If you value your time and money, I would not recommend relying on this website. They need to seriously improve their customer service and take responsibility for the promises they make.

Very very poor service. I ordered 24th August 2025. Till the product was not delivered, No body Customer care not attended the call

Toolsvilla Always sent different, incomplete accessories and broken/damaged product. After sales customer support services are also very very pathetic 😰

I ordered the product on 12 Aug .
It was delivered on 26th Aug .
You take 14 days to deliver. And you expect that customer should postponed his travel and wait for the product to deliver.
I was travelling when your product was delivered to my servant .
Servant never opens the product .the day I reached home I opened it to discover that product is broken .
I reported it to find that return window is closed .
What am I supposed to do?.
Atleast 1 week should be given to return or exchange the product, when you take 2 weeks to deliver.
This is highly unprofessional.
Will not recommend anybody to buy .I will also update on all social media to refrain in buying your products.

They just want to sell some low quality stuff. You don't expect a genuine product. What ever quality of product you receive, you have to keep. Don't expect any exchange or return. Don't waste your money on their cheap products. Still if you want to buy them , go with known websites like Amazon, Flipkart . Atleast they will honor their return policy.

We purchased the Hand held capping & sealing machine vide order number GS11674671. The website description claimed 'when sealing is complete...check sealing quality' and 'securely sealing containers with caps'. However the machine supplied does neither securely cap it nor seal it. The customer service person says they hv delivered the correct product & as per 'policy' even replacement is not possible. Stay away.

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. I purchased a Heavy Ridger and Reversible Plough designed for a 7 to 12 HP Power Tiller, but it arrived with missing parts and did not function as expected. When I tried to return it, Tools Villa refused to accept the return. I strongly advise against buying anything from them.

They are the no 1 fraudulent company in India. The product delivered is not the same as per catalogue displayed in their website. Don't be pray for them. They won't accept their fault at any cause. They won't repay or replace the wrong product, send by them. All must avoid buying from them online.

I placed an order on the 9th and the order status is still labelled as processing. I called up customer service and they stated that their system is not online so call back after 30 minutes. They also do not have a way for me to download a GST invoice.
Not a fan. Best to avoid in future.

Toolsvilla app is a scam. They took 10% of the payment, and now the app is not working. It's the worst app — completely fake. The items listed are not genuine, and even the customer care phone number is fake. The Toolsvilla team is cheating people cleverly. This is a big scam.

My order no. #GS11669798 was cancelled, but I haven’t received my refund of Rs. 1760.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online seller. Toolsvilla delivered only part of my order, then lied, ignored my emails, and left me stranded. Here's what happened:

My order was sent in two packages. The first was delivered, the second never reached me.

When I contacted their support, they told me the missing items were probably in the second package.

That package was returned to them, and they refunded that portion — but never refunded or replaced the missing items.

I had to travel 20 kilometers to a godown just to collect the reordered item.

Even after all that — the missing parts were not there.

When I tried to raise the issue again, they blamed me and said I should’ve raised a complaint within 3 days — conveniently ignoring that their own customer support misled me.

They have refused to refund me, forcing me to buy the same items again — meaning I paid double due to their mistake.

And now? No response to emails. No apology. No solution.
This isn’t just poor service — it’s fraudulent business practice.

On top of that, I discovered many other customers complaining about the exact same issue with the same product. That’s a pattern — not an accident.

Toolsvilla: you’re running a business built on lies, and I will be taking this forward with Consumer Court, DPIIT, and across every review platform that can warn others not to trust you.

Buyers, stay away from this platform unless you want your money, time, and sanity stolen.

Purchased an air compressor but the air filter was broken, paint gun cup was broken, the wheels had no screws so can't fit them, there is no manual as well. Support is pathetic.

I purchased one spray set vide order no GS11642530. This party supplied the pump, inlet&outlet hose , charger, but not supplied the spray gun . When i intimated the issue, they are asking for payment. So not at all reliable party

It is a fraud company. They take money but doesn't send the product.

I had ordered a cold press oil machine brand name SA2014. The company charges me close to 25 thousand rupees for that and sent a useless unbranded item that is not even a cold press machine. They are not responding properly to mails also.

Very disappointed with the company. Ordered BF 450 submersible pump on 10 May 25. Though the price was much higher then other online sellers, I thought the difference was worth it to deal with a reputed seller. The company instead delivered BF 250 on 23 may 25. On coplaining, the company execute admits the seller sent different product because they didn't have the required model(without asking me). On asking refund i was made to go through a tedious process and finally the amount was credited to my account on 9 Jun 25. A whole month of ordeal to deal with the company.
