È stato un meraviglioso viaggio accompagnato con affetto e professionalità e massima disponibilità dall'agenzia con le guide che parlavano italiano, attente ad ogni esigenza del nostro piccolo gruppo. La consiglierei senza alcun dubbio. Difficile immaginare un'esperienza migliore di questa.

Stayed at 5-star hotels, ate gourmet meals, VIP show seats. Seamless connections at all destinations. Friendly tour guides. Truly a full-service tour company. We had a wonderful time. Reasonable cost.

This was my fourth trip to China, and once again I chose Top China Travel for my Chongqing tour. Their service continues to impress me.

I coordinated the trip with Lily, our tour coordinator, who was responsive, efficient, and reliable throughout the planning process. Any hiccups that arose were resolved quickly and professionally, giving us great peace of mind.

For our group of seven in Chongqing, we were fortunate to have Michel as our guide. He was professional, knowledgeable about the city's history and culture, an excellent storyteller, and spoke fluent English. His friendly personality made the tour both informative and enjoyable.

Our driver, Mr. Song, was safe, courteous, patient, and always helpful. Michel and Mr. Song worked very well together to ensure our trip ran smoothly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Chongqing experience and would not hesitate to recommend Top China Travel to anyone planning a trip to China.

Le guide non parlano bene inglese quindi a volte è stato difficile comprendere le loro spiegazioni. In un paio di casi sono stati anche incuranti e maleducati. Non abbiamo apprezzato la rigidità dei programmi e la mancanza di spiegazioni chiare riguardo ai vari luoghi effettivamente riportati nella tabella di marcia. Purtroppo si son anche verificate situazioni di necessità in cui avremmo avuto bisogno di un pronto riscontro da parte del tour operator a livello centrale che è arrivato con troppo ritardo.

Guide con cattiva conoscenza dell'inglese, alcune impresentabili in termini di competenze ed orientamento. Una di loro chiedeva ai locals i luoghi da visitare. Alcune erano brave, umili, preparate. Altre davvero impresentabili. Parti del programma venivano svelate solo il giorno stessa. Scarsa pianificazione e flessibilità. Bel tour, nonostante tutto. La Cina è meravigliosa.

Una agencia muy muy eficiente. Nos hicieron un circuito impecable a medida. Sin duda los recomiendo y volvería a viajar con ellos sin dudarlo. Los guías, hoteles, transportes... y la atención, un diez.
Especial mención de Teresa, que desde que iniciamos el contacto para organizar el viaje, estuvo atenta a nuestros deseos y se implicó en el viaje a tope. Y el guía de Beijing, Iván (Ming); la guía de Xian, Yin; el de Chongqin, Rambo; la de Zhangjiajie, Jenny; el de Shanghai, Luciano y muy especialmente Verana, que nos acompañó durante 6 días, un encanto de persona. Todos ellos han dejado un grato recuerdo de un viaje inolvidable.

Purtroppo non è andata così bene perché all'arrivo in hotel, il primo del viaggio, a Pechino non ho trovato la stanza prenotata...poi x la seconda tappa idem, fino a non avere la prenotazione di un pezzo di viaggio...ci sono stati tentativi x farmi chiedere il rimborso e rinunciare alla parte mancante ma alla mia decisione di denunciare tutto è stata trovata la soluzione immediatamente. Niente da dire sulle guide , ma l'organizzazione è stata deludente

Unsere Erfahrung mit TCT Tour Company hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vom Anfang bis zum Ende war alles perfekt . Der Kontakt bzw. die Buchung über WhatsApp war mir erst suspekt , doch es hat alles super geklappt. Wir wurden überall empfangen. Alle Fahrer sowie die Tour Guys waren top.
Die Tour Peking / Xi’an / Guillin / Zhangjaje / Shanghai kann ich empfehlen. Sogar das einchecken wurde uns abgenommen. Alles bestens.

Appena rientrati dal nostro primo viaggio in Cina. Eravamo in quattro, due coppie, con viaggio privato organizzato da TCT. Abbiamo visitato Pechino, Xi’an, Guilin e Shanghai. È andato tutto benissimo, esattamente come da programma con organizzazione e assistenza impeccabile. Grazie a Ginevra che ci ha accompagnato nell’organizzazione del tour accogliendo le nostre richieste di piccole variazioni ed è stata presente e proattiva anche durante la nostra presenza in Cina. Grazie alle nostre guide e autisti che ci hanno accompagnato durante questa bellissima esperienza. Se dovessimo riorganizzare un viaggio in Cina ci riaffideremmo sicuramente a TCT.

We booked an eighteen day small group tour for four people to Shanghai,Beijing, Xian, Chengdu, Guilin and Hong Kong. TCT made all flight,rail, transfer, tour and hotel bookings. Everything was well organised, our drivers and guides were great and most hotels good. The itinerary was perfect and flexible. We were a little anxious about booking with a company we had not heard of before but are so pleased we did. We highly recommend them.

Top China Travel hat uns freundlich und sehr kompetent durch Amelie Zeng beraten und betreut. Die Zusammenstellung der Reise erfolgte nach unseren individuellen Wünschen und war perfekt geplant. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angemessen. Der Service in der Planung und vor Ort war hervorragend, sowohl hinsichtlich der geplanten Touren als auch hinsichtlich der Transfers. Die Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen, denn statt des angekündigten Fahrers war gelegentlich auch die Reisebegleitung vor Ort, um wichtige Informationen und Hilfestellungen zu geben. Über Veränderungen von Flugzeiten wurden wir zeitnah informiert und kleine Planänderungen wurden vor Ort umgesetzt. Alle Reisebegleiter waren freundlich und sehr engagiert.

Todo empezó cuando unos amigos nos recomendaron este viaje con esta agencia, enseguida me puse en contacto por WhatsApp con Teresa, su profesionalidad y disponibilidad hizo que nos hiciera un viaje a medida de nuestra disponibilidad, nuestros estándares de calidad y nuestros presupuestos, su atención ha sido muy profesional y, sobretodo, muy humana.

Nosotros estuvimos 10 días visitando Beijing, Xi'an y Shanghái, pocos días, pero es lo que podíamos hacer. Nada más llegar nos esperaba Lluvia, nuestra guía de Beijing, con muy buen Español nos acogió en su ciudad, más que una guía sentimos que era una compañera más de viaje. Tanto ella como el chófer fueron profesionales, puntuales, se adaptaban a nosotros al 100%. Pasamos tres días increíbles. Tal es el nivel del servicio que nos dejaron, literalmente, dentro del tren para ir a Xi'an.

Como no podía ser de otra forma, a la llegada nos esperaba Karina, quien a pesar de su juventud, conectó estupendamente con nosotros. Tiene un conocimiento de la historia de su país increíble, nos llevó a visitar los guerreros de terracota, nos impresionó más la historia que las propias estatuas, eso fue gracias a la explicación de Karina. Estuvimos dos días en Xi'an, impresionante, sus calles, su cultura, su comida, nos encantó. Al finalizar Karina nos llevó al Aeropuerto y nos acompañó prácticamente hasta la puerta de embarque, un 10.

El último capítulo de nuestro viaje es en Shanghái, allí nos espera Gabriel, un chico muy simpático que su función es ir a recoger clientes al aeropuerto, nos dio todas las indicaciones de los próximos dos días. Al día siguiente nos recogió Rocío, nuestra guía local y hermana China. Rocío es una profesional como hay pocas, volvimos a sentir que más que una guía era una más del grupo, nos facilitó todo, nos enseñó lugares increíbles, nos llevó a comer a sitios riquísimos, sin duda fue el colofón a una gran experiencia. Sabemos que tenemos una amiga muy especial en Shanghái.
También quiero destacar al chófer de Shanghái, cuyo nombre no puedo acordarme, el cual, en un gesto de gratitud, nos regaló una bolsa de fruta para que nuestro regreso fuera más llevadero, un gran gesto.

Sin duda la calidad de los hoteles, de las furgonetas, de la comida, etc, han hecho que sea el viaje de nuestra vida, pero si tuviera que destacar algo de Top Travel China es la humanidad de sus trabajadores, esto hace que, junto al paisaje de China, se convierta en una experiencia 10.

Realice un viaje maravilloso: ordenado, puntual, delicioso y entretenido co esta agencia china. Tour privado por 23 dias que me permitio conocer China historica, China moderna y el futuro: drones, robots que entregan delivery en el hotel, trenes bal, autos electricos modernos. Mi hijo, mi prima y yo felices con el excelente servicio de guia y chofer. Excelente servicio adaptado para nuestros requerimientos.
