I contacted usps and they said that tracking number doesn’t exist
I email this company and no answer

Topdronecams/Stealth Bird 4K Drone
I purchased 2 drones from them on 12/16/24. I have not received a tracking number and they will not respond to any of my emails. When I call the customer service number, i receive the message that no agents are available. Something is not right with this company!

This company has a website called StealthBird4k.com and also goes by
topdronecams.com. They sent me an invalid USPS tracking number for my order. When I contact them by email, as suggested by their company for help with my order, there is never a reply. When I try to call their custom service number, it will say there are no agents available to take my call.
I was charged $136.30 and I still don’t have the item. I am not able to find out where the item is, or if I am going to get it at all because this could very well be a scam.
I contacted PayPal, whom I used for the transaction, and filed a dispute with 168 Media Inc., which is the payment company handling the purchase with TopDronesCams.com, and still waiting to hear back on my dispute.
Avoid purchasing from this company!
