I really havent had an experience... I received a supportive email from TopLine saying they were here to help with any Hurricane damage. And it touched my heart how compassionate the email was for homeowners affected.

My last experience was the worst. I was questioning myself if I made the right decision to go with Topline. This person made no effort to make sure she gave me what I was asking for.
Then I got a call from Robert Wingert, a true professional. You are lucky to have him. He signed me up for a renewal yesterday, because my policy expired at midnight last night. The other person didn’t return my call from last week telling her I needed to get another policy. She reminded me of a used car salesman from years ago!

My agent, Karen Roscigno, is the sole reason I have moved all my policies to TopLine Insurance. She is amazing, putting my insurance needs first above everything else. She truly cares! The Insurance company directed me to go through Top Line Insurance in order to get the quote. The first representative that took my quote caused the process to be very difficult. She required me to give her a lot of information and it took me a few days to gather my previous policy documents with my old insurance co. I provided her with all the documents that she requested and then she advised me that she had Covid. I was given the final Insurance application form in which I advised her that some of the information was not correct on the form i.e the application was prefilled out as me not being a veteran. When I advised her that I was a veteran she stated that it did not matter and would not make a difference. I insisted that it should matter because why would that question be on the questionnaire. She would not change it. I signed the documents and all signed to authorize her to contact my old Insurance co. and give them my non-renewal. I signed the Insurance policy and was given an amount of my insurance for the year. Two weeks later I received a text message from her asking for my old Insurance declaration. I looked through my sent emails and was able to see the date and time that those documents were emailed to her. I let her know that she did receive the documents and I had the date and time of the email. She then responded that she had received the documents. Soon after that I received a cancellation notice from Peoples Trust because they stated that I did not provide the requested documents. When I contacted Topline it was discovered that Topline Insurance failed to forward the required documents to Peoples Trust. Once Peoples Trust received the documents they determined that my policy quote should have been lower and I also received a discount for being retired military. Now a few months later after I have started my new policy with Peoples Trust I received a notice from my old Insurance company and it appears that they were never contacted regarding my non-renewal with them.
I am not sure if the representative that assisted me is new to the job, but there needs to be better oversight and review of the representatives insurance files to ensure that the customer's insurance needs are being met.
The whole process really stressed me out. In the end the representatives that put my application back into the process did an excellent job in repairing the mistakes that were previously made.

I originally had 3 properties with you, 2 of them were failed home initial inspections and were cancelled. The issue is that you don’t allow me to fix the issue, and I had to find another insurance.

Got an email about a mandatory exterior inspection. Stressed me out. Called. Told I would be contacted with a date.
Basically being TOLD when I’d have an inspection.
I have to work. Just like you all do. I can’t be “told” when people would be entering my property.
Even after I had to rush taking pictures,sending them in,etc.
I understand the inspection was mostly because my roof was old.
Except due to poor communication no one realized I already got a new roof.
I’m fine with following requests. But if I follow through I expect the company I’m paying over a grand to,to do the same.

Thankfully I have not had any issues at my home requiring an insurance claim. However, I received a notice stating my insurance company decided to not renew policies in Florida and I would need a new carrier. Even though my renewal was not until October 2024, I decided to find new homeowners and flood insurance prior to hurricane season. A neighbor recommended Topline and Connie was able to make the arrangements I needed to cover my home. She was extremely helpful, professional and thoughtful throughout the switch. Connie went above and beyond to guide me through the entire process. Thank you Connie. I truly appreciate all your efforts.
