I had the pleasure of running into one of the most competent and unique individuals, while researching and comparing property insurance companies and prices. Ms. Kelly Barber, is one on those rare individuals that takes care of line item business while you are on the phone with her; she doesn't set a calendar schedule for two weeks into the future. If she needs to find a code or address, or loan term, she immediately pulls up a tab, and that is refreshing. Also to my surprise, she is very fast, responds instantly, as in one case when I sent her an email; she called me right away after reading it. Ms. Barber is very detailed, covers the list of necessary items giving you the big picture right away instead of piece meal. The entire process of obtaining property insurance, with all of the necessary inspections and document follow up took just one week. It is a pleasure to work with a her. Thank you.

Great service and employees
Recently forgot to pay my car insurance oops. I got linked up with Samuel Clermont who got me a great rate for both my cars. Even went above and beyond to walk me step by step through the process of clearing the pending license suspensions. Even called me day after to make sure I did not forget to enter the information info the dmv website. 10 stars of I could this man deserves a double raise

Great customer service and savings!
We recently switched our homeowners insurance to Topline after experiencing another premium increase with our previous provider. Working with Sam, our Topline agent, made the transition seamless.
