Fantastic
Top Reg did everthing for us which was brilliant. The only that we had to do was notify insurance which taken 2 minutes.
Honestly, they offer a first class service.

Just really easy! Took the option of getting TopReg to sort the DVLA and log book out and worked flawlessly. Chose the day I wanted to use it and 5 days later my new log book turned up!

Confusing email
Maybe it was because I ordered and paid for a number plate Saturday evening, but it seemed I was getting emails from two different people, apart from that little blip, every thing was 100%

The confusion you experienced was likely due to the email asking when you’d like us to assign the registration to your vehicle. We request a preferred date so that you can be prepared to update your insurance and any relevant permits once the registration is assigned.
Once this was clarified, we were able to proceed smoothly with the transfer on your chosen date.
