Personalised number plates happy there choice of 3rd party company not so much
Yes I was happy with the personalised registration I bought from Top Reg I bought two "one for me ST03 FPO Stef-paul and one for my brother who is twenty five and called Sb "Sb25 SJB .... So i was happy with that deal, but I was disappointed in karma the finance company on a 3rd set which I was refused finance on but I do understand it is not Top Reg its a 3rd party finance company who work in partnership with Top reg... TBH I was disappointed I spent a grand in a mth with Top Reg to get refused finance on a £800 personalised plate... But over All I was happy with the deal I had with Top reg and will be keeping a eye 👀 on personalised plates going forward

Up For Sale but Not For Sale…
I purchased a registration plate online. However, the following day I received an email saying the plate wasn’t available ( so why was it up for sale?). TopReg had already debited my account and I did not receive a refund for a few days, thereby preventing me from purchasing something else for a few days. This was for a birthday present so time was of the essence.

The registration you purchased was owned by a private seller. This is outlined in the order acknowledgement email, which explains that the registration is not part of our own stock and that we contact the seller to confirm availability. We do ask for 5–7 working days for this process.
In your case, the purchase was made on 29th March, and we contacted you on 31st March (within 2 working days) to inform you that the seller had already sold the registration elsewhere, which unfortunately made it unavailable.
At that point, we offered to help find suitable alternatives or provide a full refund. You requested a refund, which was processed immediately on our side. We understand it can take a few days to show in your account depending on your bank.
We completely understand your frustration, and we do try our best to keep all listings up to date. However, with privately owned registrations, we do rely on sellers to notify us if they have sold elsewhere, which is sometimes outside of our control.
We really appreciate your feedback and are sorry again for the inconvenience caused.
