Terrible and worst case ever

The order was fine. The product came on time. But it was not as advertised. The case itself feels cheap and flimsy. The leather does not feel real. The case barely sticks to the MagSafe charger. Waste of money.

We have our leathers tested every year to ensure that they comply with the European specifications, currently (BS 2780:1983+A1:2013). Our leather was last tested in September 2025 and was found to conform with the latest specifications.

Our leather is an ‘aniline’ leather which is regarded within the leather industry as one of the highest quality leathers (our red leather is semi-aniline). In addition, it is also one of the most expensive leathers to produce as only the very best condition raw hides are graded suitable to produce aniline leathers.

Nicely made phone case - misleading claims on charging

I liked the quality of the leather and the workmanship of the phone case I bought. I did not like the fact that the website says it's wireless charging compatible and that's not the case. Tried several chargers of different vintages and technologies (standard, Qi and Qi2) and nothing worked. Contact with customer support was not satisfying, with them saying they don't test them and can't be sure what works. Then why claim it does? Returned it.

Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry to hear the wireless charging performance didn’t meet your expectations.

To clarify, the case you purchased is designed to be compatible with standard Qi wireless charging (non-magnetic). It is not designed or advertised as Qi2 compatible. On the product page we also note that Qi charging requires a plug with a minimum 20W output, as lower-output adapters can lead to inconsistent charging behaviour.

That said, we appreciate your feedback that you were unable to get reliable charging across multiple chargers and have shared this internally with our design team.

This is my second Torro mobile phone…

This is my second Torro mobile phone case. And I only purchased a new one because I changed mobile phones and needed a different size. I highly recommend the Torro leather case. I’ve tried others and they are not as good.

My z flip 7 case arrived used

My z flip 7 case arrived used, the case itself came with scuffs and sand in the case. My grandpa also order a case for the s25 ultra and the first thing that arrived was a chinese knock off case, and we had to contact support to get the right case delivered. The only reason I'm putting anything over one star is because the cases themselves are of good quality. Though delivery in the U.S will most likely be the end of the company if it continues this way. I currently can't recommend the product in good consciousness with warning them of the fact thag deliver will most likely go wrong.

Thank you for your review, and we’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with delivery and the condition of the item on arrival.

We want to be clear that we work with local fulfilment partners who store and dispatch stock domestically in the US to ensure faster delivery. Not only this, but as we are based in the UK, this eliminates the need for US customers to pay import duties and taxes on orders, following the removal of the de minimis threshold last year.

As we noted in a recent support case, an incorrect item was sent in error from a warehouse, and we immediately arranged a replacement to be dispatched and apologised for the inconvenience.

We appreciate that this does not undo the frustration caused, but we do take these reports seriously and have already raised this with the relevant fulfilment teams to prevent a repeat, so thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Once again we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The iPhone wallet is too small for my 16 pro Max. I have to return it. The quality is also subpar for the price. Very thin, poor quality leather.

Our leather was last tested in September 2025 and was found to conform with the latest specifications. We use aniline leather (our red leather is semi-aniline), which is widely regarded within the leather industry as one of the highest quality finishes. It’s also among the most expensive to produce, as only the best-grade hides are suitable for aniline finishing.

That said, we appreciate that preferences can vary, and if you’ve decided to return the item, our returns process will ensure this is handled as smoothly as possible.

I love my Torro iPhone wallet

I thoroughly researched iPhone wallets before buying my Torro. It feels good in my hand. It doesn't add much bulk. It holds my credit cards snugly. It's easy to open and close because there aren't any straps or snaps to deal with. The leather feels good and it's not slippery.

The bottom line is that my Torro a nice thing to carry around with me.

The product I like

The product I like. The frustrating part is the delay in communication. I emailed to cancel the order during the listed business hours because I found the product somewhere else for less and quicker shipping. The business did not reply back until after they shipped the order and said they could not cancel because it was shipped. Suspicious timing to say the least.

To clarify, we received your cancellation request on 11 February at 17:01 (GMT). Our customer service hours are 10:00am–2:00pm (GMT), and as we are a UK business we operate on UK time (GMT).

As outlined in our Shipping Policy, once an order is placed it is automatically sent to our fulfilment partner for immediate processing and dispatch, which means it cannot be cancelled or amended (including the shipping address) once it has entered fulfilment. This process is outside of our direct control, as we use local fulfilment networks to ensure fast delivery for all customers.
