Picked up the Toru International carry on and I'm obsessed. It's fits perfectly in the overhead bin, packs more than it looks like it should, as nd the interior compression straps actually keep everything in place.The exterior looks like it cost twice the price. Got stopped at JFK by someone asking where I bought it. Enough said.

Suitcases from Toruclo feel like high-priced luggage but don't cost as much. The exterior of the torucles is modern and stylish, zipper movement is fluid, and the entire Toruclo bag appears of premium quality to anyone that sees it. I had positive comments on my Toruclo at the airport and the way it appeared classically beautiful.

My package took months to get delivered…

My package took months to get delivered and unfortunately had to move from the address before my package could get delivered. I received a notification that package could not be delivered because I did not leave there so it was getting shipped back to sender. I contacted them and they told me to reach out to the carrier. Never could get a hold of anyone after that. I’ve been emailing and emailing and I constantly get ignored. I pretty much lost out on $600 cuz I’m sure I will never receive my luggage. Do not buy from them! Not worth the hassle.

I have been using this travel bag for my short trips, and honestly, I reach for this bag every time for my travel needs. It packs a lot for its size, keeps things organized, and just feels really functional. It also looks brand new even after several uses!

This travel bag is more than expected

This travel bag is more than expected. The fabric is tough, the zippers are hard, and the stitching looks really fine. I used it during my short trip and fit everything easily inside without looking bulky. I also love the compartments because it keeps things organized instead of getting all mixed up. Definitely a great buy.

23 days and waiting

I want to believe this will be a good experience, once I receive the luggage. However about $600 spent for two pieces, and I am a bit frustrated with the lack of clear communication on shipping status. One case shipped on 12/31 and the other on 1/2, neither of which have an update since. My hope is the quality is good, but I am currently regretting the purchase where I could have spent $150 more on a few other brands and had them in hand already. They do list 6-8 weeks; however it references these could be built to order justifying that timeline. Both showed in stock and showed shipped within a few days of ordering. The delivery timeline and lack of clarity on where they ship from, the status of shipping while in transit, and estimated delivery dates is a very poor experience.

Took an amazingly long time to receive…

Took an amazingly long time to receive the item I ordered.
After receiving it, it seems cheaply made and of inferior materials.
There is also a wire and what seems to be ports to charge phones and other electronics, but no batteries or instructions were included, so not sure how that's works.
Spend the extra time and get a Briggs and Reilly. That's what I'm going to do

I was deceived.

My product does not look like the pictures. It looks cheap. I have ordered online before and the product matches perfectly. Not this company. Product does not match the online photos.

Worth the wait

Im very pleased with my case, love the quality. I think it should be made clear that these cases are made to order which takes a little time, but it was worth the wait.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the recent experience i had regarding my luggage order #2448.
Despite your stated shipping policy and multiple assurances from your representatives, my order did not arrive prior to my scheduled vacation which was the sole reason for my purchase.
I was explicitly promised that both pieces of luggage would be delivered on time, yet only one arrived and even that was 3 days after my departure.
To make matters worse the single piece that did arrive was damaged upon delivery. This has added further inconvenience and frustration, especially considering the response and timing of my order.
What is especially disappointing is the way my concerns have been handled. After several follow ups and repeated assurances, my most recent enquiry was dismissed and I was directed to Amazon. I purchased the luggage from Toru NOT Amazon and as such I believe it is your responsibility to ensure orders are fulfilled as promised, and to resolve issues when they are not.
This experience has been deeply upsetting and frustrating and reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction.
I expect a full explanation of how this situation will be rectified including compensation for the delay, the damaged item and the overall inconvenience caused.
I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory response.
Toru has stopped communicating with me.

Warning: Toruclo.com is a Scam – Avoid at All Costs!

I want to warn everyone about my terrible experience with Toruclo.com. I placed an order that took six weeks to arrive, and during that time they never responded to any of my emails to customer service.

When the order finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor. I tried to return the items, but they completely ignored my return request.

On their website, each product page claims they accept returns and exchanges, but on their return policy page, they contradict themselves, stating that they don’t accept returns and that all products are final sale. That’s misleading and dishonest.

I had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. Their products are cheap, their service is non-existent, and the whole operation feels like a scam.

Please don’t waste your money with Toruclo.com — they are not a trustworthy business.

I strongly advise against ordering from…

I strongly advise against ordering from TORU. I purchased a luggage set (carry-on, large suitcase, and electronic organizer), but only received two of the three items. The large suitcase was never delivered, yet TORU insists the order was fulfilled. Their “proof of delivery” clearly shows only two packages—an envelope and a small box that could never contain a large suitcase.

I’ve made multiple attempts to contact TORU for a replacement or resolution, and they have completely ignored me. To make matters worse, they haven’t even provided the option to return the incomplete order.

This company has shown poor customer service, lack of accountability, and failure to deliver products as promised. I will not be ordering from TORU again, and I would caution others to avoid the same experience.

The electronic organizer and the carry-on ship separately due to packaging requirements, and both items match the dimensions in the carrier’s confirmed delivery record. A large suitcase cannot physically ship in an envelope or a small box, and if a suitcase were part of the shipment, the tracking would show an additional package with its own dimensions, weight, and scan history.

When a tracking record shows all parcels delivered, the carrier marks the order fulfilled. In these cases, if a package were missing, we would open an investigation directly with the courier — but we can only do so when tracking indicates a discrepancy. In this case, the tracking matched the exact number of parcels associated with the order.

Misleading and inaccurate products

Tori does their best to mislead their customers and then relies on a refund policy that highlights “all sales are final”. I ordered a case from Toru described on their website as “Lee X Toru Aluminum Limited Addition Gun-Metal”. It took 5 weeks for the case to arrive and was not aluminum in any part of the case other than the locking clasps. Right away I contacted Toru with a return request and was told all sales are final and that not getting the product I wanted is not a reason for refund. I would highly suggest finding a different vendor with better customer service and a higher level of integrity. Don’t wasted you money with this misleading low quality and service company.
