The simplicity of use, students really engage with the App too and think it’s really cool! From a business perspective, it’s well priced and allows a selection of features based on personal preference and requirements. The staff are excellent and always get back to you if any questions or queries too. It makes running my business much easier, I’ve used it for around 6/7 years and would be lost without it.

I’ve been using Total Drive for a number of years now and just couldn’t operate without it now. The staff are always responsive to any issues and often ask for beta testing or feedback on other ideas.

Totaldrive Diary system is excellent. I used a paper diary for 38 years but would never go back.

The Gap feature alone means it pays for itself. If a pupil cancels, you add that slot as a gap in your diary. A notification gets sent immediately to all pupils, and the gap is usually booked within minutes!

You also get a FREE Esso fuel card, which saves me money every time I fill up.

My pupils love checking on their progress, and as an instructor it's very helpful that I can check on what has been covered, or what may still need to be covered or improved.

I love a Total Drive. Makes my life much easier as I can take payments through TD, make notes on lessons which pupils can see also and record expenses too.

Excellent app user friendly great support from the team wouldn’t be without it they are always looking to improve the app as well.

Easy to use and great support

The app is easy to use. Useful for your learners as well as they can keep updated on when their next lessons are going to be. Pupils like the fact they can check their progress easily as well. I have recently started to use the lesson payment option, which can be cheaper than using some card machines.

Excellent app, really helps my business and reduces the time spent on admin work!!! 5 stars! Especially like the Progress Syllabus and the lesson reminders for my pupils!
