Clear and concise app that allows pupils to book gaps and allows theory practice

The app is so easy to use and invaluable for me to manage my business.
Constantly updated and made better month on month for years and an absolute bargain for the time and effort it saves me. I don't even make use of all the things it can do. Pupils love it too.

Total drive is exactly as it says in the name. For all your needs as a driving instructor. Brilliant diary to help you plan your lessons. And have an efficient and well run diary. Being able to manage pupils ones waiting too enquiries so manageable this is a great bit of kit. Also lets you fill gaps that arise in the diary.
It can also help you keep track of all your financial incomings and out going. From mileage to petrol.
Pupils can see their lessons progress/payments.
Recap on lessons I mean the list is endless what this app can do.
Once set up. If any issues arise the help is also available at a click of a button.
Well worth every penny. I’ve been with total drive since it first started and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. They are always updating and evolving.

Really happy with Total Drive Instructor Diary. It’s easy to use and makes managing lessons and pupil info much simpler. Everything’s laid out clearly and saves a lot of time on admin.

It gives me a perfect solution to manage my Driving Instructor business for a reasonable cost. They are very proactive with ongoing development and support too, taking on-board suggestions that would help us further, and dealing with any issues we raise. The App for the learners is really useful too. Very impressed with it and it has saved me a lot of time, I've used it for a number of years now.

An excellent app, it has everything for running the business online from diary to financial records and more. The developers continually innovate and update the app and improve the experience. I would now be lost without it.

TotalDrive is a very consistent platform, especially on the online side, which has changed little over the years.

As a long-term user running a multi-instructor driving school, exporting pupil data in order to move platforms turned into a time-consuming and educational exercise. With enough persistence, the data can be retrieved — which is reassuring from a legal standpoint.

Online sales and development features were discussed over time but never really materialised in a meaningful way. At scale, the platform represents a significant ongoing cost for what feels like a fragmented solution that strongly favours the individual ADI over the driving school as a business.

One area where TotalDrive excels is how easy it makes it for instructors to leave a school and remain on the system. When a school itself chooses to leave, the experience is noticeably more involved.

Five stars for consistency, clarity, and for helping users understand exactly what they’re signing up for long-term.

The system works really well and is easy and consise to use , I have used it for some time now and never really had any reason to complain , if there are any problems it gets resolved really quickly with no fuss , it's upgraded on a regular basis and the upgrades are very useful

The App and Website saves a huge amount of time on admin, allowing you to focus more on teaching and supporting your learners. It’s reliable, professional, and constantly improving, which really shows the effort put into making it the best tool possible for instructors and students. The Gap feature on the app is a weight in gold.

I highly recommend Total Drive to any driving instructor looking to run their business more efficiently and professionally, like many I’ve been using it for many years and won’t be without it.

I am not the most technical man in the world but the way she helps every time and goes above and beyond she really is a credit to your team.

I am a new ADI and trialled this before i went live to make sure it did what i needed. Now live and just a couple of weeks in, I have found it invaluable. It saves time and lots of it. I have stopped using a paper diary already. I have had to come up with a couple of simple workarounds to make it work for me but thats it. Nothing too difficult. I cannot recommend the app enough and with the web portal, it does everything i need. The online booking system is great.

The App makes it easy to remember the lesson timings...it's easy to use and also provides with the elaborate description of progress which is very helpful...The instructor is very approachable and patient, with amazing teaching skills...
