What a game changer this app is, it saves you so much on admin

Made my Business Shine and Brought Automation to a really good and efficient level. Application is 5 Stars but definitely needs consistent effort to be No. 1

What a great addition to my driving school. This app literally saves me hours in diary management and recording of my financial records. They are always looking for ways to improve and are very quick to respond to any questions. I couldn't imagine life without Total Drive now.

The app was absolutely easy to use and navigate, it was very effective in helping my track my progress and see where I needed help. My driving instructor Peter White was also an amazing part of the experience, I don’t think I would have ever made the quick progress I did without him especially since I was extremely nervous in the beginning of my lessons. Overall I’m very satisfied with the services provided as well as the patience and care Peter showed while teaching me. I can proudly Recommend him and this platform to anyone also trying to learn how to drive.

This is like a breath of fresh air. The app makes light work of just about everything an instructor would use.
Was a little sceptical at first but any queries dealt with (almost) by return.
Customisable to the individual and the bonus is the pupils love it too.

A fabulous time-saving online diary service, and that's just the start! From the links to 'other resources' how much credit the pupils have left in their account. Keep all your business expenditures listed and ready for the accountant, a one-stop shop. Then there are the reflective logs for the students. I don't know why I wasted so much time before this fabulous app. 10/10

Really really positive experience

Total Drive is an amazing app that really makes my life so much easier as an instructor. The accounts part of it alone probably saves me a fortune in accountancy cost. Plus the desktop app gives me a simple to read forecast of my nett profit for the current financial year, or any other time period I'm interested in.
I would never want to be without Total Drive.

Total Drive has totally changed the way both myself and all my students work together, it's more than just a calendar its a complete platform and is making my life so much easier and all my students love it. not much more to ad this has been a very easy 5 stars and this is only getting better, highly recommend this to every instructor out there.

Fantastic app - it has changed my life

This app will save you loads of time doing accounting. It pays for itself, if you have a spare lesson, just put it out on the app if your pupil's can take the lesson thay take it, the car not sat on the drive not earning you anything.

I’m brand new to driving instruction; this App does everything for me except actually deliver the lessons.

First thing Monday morning after signing up, I received a phone call welcoming me to the App and asking if I needed any help. Since then, support has been provided by email when requested, and has been absolutely spot on.

Most of the features are intuitive and help is not needed, but the support from Total Drive is proactive and reassuring.

I’m still using my free trial, but there is no question that I will be staying on once I am on a paid-for subscription. It’s definitely worth every penny.

The third and best app I have tried for managing my driving school business.

A great resource to manage my business and my learners love being involved in their progress. I highly recommend!

The app is an absolute game changer.
I no longer need any paper products everything can be done on the app.
Love the “Gap” feature to fill unused slots and the company listen to any tweaks you feel the app might need.

A fantastic app for Instructors.
I have been using this since April and I am so impressed with it. The functions are great, really streamlined and easy to use. My pupils also love the pupil app and being able to see their progress, communicate with me. The biggest feature for me is the 'gap' booking system. I very rarely have any gaps anymore as the gap system has helped notify pupils really easily and them being able to book it without contacting me is so simple.

Big thanks to the total drive team in Stowmarket I completed my intensive course last week with test this Monday. From the start it has been an easy and pleasant experience I would recommend to anyone.
But a real big up to my trainer Sam that man is a legend his style of training is second to none a lot of show and tell also looking for what could you have done better with questions and and coaching. Being a manager myself I will adopt and use this style, so again a big thanks to you all. 💪👍🚘

I am just beginning my journey as a PDI, having my diary opened with a view to starting lessons in two weeks time. Due to countless recommendations, I downloaded the Total Drive app and I can only say I am massively impressed! I've obviously not used any other app of this kind but I cannot imagine why I'd feel the need to at all. Total Drive has everything I would need and more. I've also subscribed to Theory Test Pro in order to take advantage of the collaboration and integration in to Total Drive, which so far has been excellent. I've already sourced many pupils and all of them have come on board, seeing the value in using this product. Thanks to all of the Total Drive team, you're all doing a fantastic job!

This app is fantastic and all my pupils love it. They can check their progress and future lessons booked. They also appreciate the lesson text reminders.
