I highly recommend Callum Reed for commercial utility management. He recently handled the gas and electricity renewals across our four premises with outstanding proficiency. What stood out most was how he aligned all the renewal dates to finish at the same time. This strategic move is going to make our future reviews much simpler and more efficient. Metre Replacement
We have has an issue with our Gas metre a few months ago (approximately February), when we needed a replacement, with no action. Today I had excellent help and support from Qyaam Clarke, absolutely first class, nothing was too much trouble.

Had to contact Total Energy directly regarding a query that I had. I was dealt with by Ayabonga today who was able to look into my query and advise me what I needed to do to resolve the issue. I was given the information required. I feel that Ayabonga dealt with my query efficiently, very politely and promptly.
