Brilliant company, From start to finish.
I emailed a enquiry for a move from UK to Netherlands, and I was given Christian as my coordinator, and he was great, he advised me what I needed to do, and promptly answered any questions I had, along with supporting me when I felt over burdened with the paperwork or stress. We did have a slight snag, but the great man worked through a bank holiday to sort it out for me.
All time arrived safely and in great condition.
Once again, if you moving I highly recommend Total Moving Solutions.

We were looking to relocate from the EU back to the UK and did a search for UK removal companies. TMS had a high score on Trustpilot so we chose them as an option, plus they had a lot of very positive reviews.

Our first contact was with Mike who was great at explaining the options. When we realised we'd underestimated the scale of our home, he arranged for James to have a video call with us so we could show what we wanted to move. This was a great idea as James also gave a lot of advice about how to pack things that we hadn't considered.

Due to a change in our plans we had to postpone our move for the future, so we didn't continue with our booking. But the service and support from both Mike and James was very good and made us feel reassured that our move was in safe hands.

We would recommend TMS to anyone who wants a professional moving service with a personal touch that you can talk to.

We’ve moved counties more than once and this was the most seamless experience we’ve ever had. On time for pick up and delivery, calls ahead of time and everything exactly as we packed it up.

The actual collection and final delivery went very smoothly, and all my items, including fragile ones like my monitor and bike, arrived safely and in excellent condition.

I recently used Total Moving Solutions to move from London to Dublin. 
Firstly the price was far lower than other competitors which was a great relief. I worked with Mike Goodwin to arrange everything and himself and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Mike was always on hand to answer any questions and make the process as smooth as possible. Delivery and drop-off were efficient and painless. I was moving from a first floor flat in London without a lift which did not incur any additional costs or hassle. The time between pick up and drop off was short considering it was Easter week. 
I would highly recommend this company and if I am ever moving back to London I will be in touch again. 

I cannot recommend TMS and their partners highly enough. We first got in touch with Steve last year when we were planning a major relocation. As it happened, our plans (d)evolved quite a bit, and we ended up moving much closer to home than originally anticipated. Despite the change in scope, the level of service remained world-class.

I highly recommend this company. They outsource to other moving companies which concerned me at first but choosing them was a great decision. Christian gave good advice and arranged the perfect size dedicated truck for my move from Belgium to the UK. The movers were friendly, hardworking and handled everything with care. Communication was also great.

From the moment I sent the enquiry email Scott at TMS replied quickly and was proactive, professional and available to me for all of my queries. The quote was significantly cheaper than other companies so I was nervous that it wouldn’t go smoothly but I could not have been more wrong. Scott took all of the stress away and the removal guys at both ends were great. They arrived on time, packed and loaded everything within 2 hours and it was delivered to my destination abroad one week later - much faster than other companies had quoted me. Upon delivery I had the same excellent service with the guys arriving exactly when they said they would and they had unloaded to my house within an hour with everything arriving in tact. I am very happy with how smoothly everything went and I would highly recommend Scott and the team at TMS.
