Outstanding Service from Ryan – Friendly, Flexible & Professional
I had a great experience from start to finish thanks to Ryan. He was friendly, understanding, and never once made me feel pressured or pushed into making a decision.
He was happy to let me secure everything with a small deposit and gave me the flexibility to choose a date to pay the remaining balance, which made the whole process much easier.
Ryan also kept in touch throughout with regular updates, so I always knew what was happening.
I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for excellent customer service. Thank you for making the whole experience so straightforward and stress-free!

Clara you little gem!
I could not be more pleased with my experience so far with Tourhelp and more importantly Clara Hunt their travel advisor! She has been so patient with me and after working together over 3 days to adjust and perfect the trip, she has put together an amazing Thailand itinerary for me inclusive of flights, hotels, airport transfers, ferry transfers and excursions! She has been fantastic! 10/10 highly recommend. My trip isnt until February but I know the support will be there should it be needed! X

I saw the deal for Disneyland Paris so sent a message via WhatsApp, not too long after I was contacted by Robert to start planning what I wanted. He was very efficient and knowledgeable finding me the perfect deal for holiday, he was prompt at responding to the questions I asked so it gave me the trust I needed to book with him. It was so lovely not to organise everything myself as he handled it all on my behalf. I’m looking forward to my holiday in 5 weeks and thanks to Robert I will definitely be using the company again.

I have been messaging Andria
I have been messaging Andria, forward and backwards regards to a few places I wanted to go. She was very patient considering I asked her to look at 2 different places, and their cost and changing flight times and I am sure I bothered her a lot, but she was extremely patient and helped me a lot. She found the price and flight times I wanted, made sure that the hotel had transfers and breakfast booked and to make it more calming (considering it will be the first time on a flight on my own with my child), and comforting as she also told me a few places that I would visit and do. I will come back after I have been on holiday to give another review about our stay and how it went, but for now, thank you so much Andria.

Aria has been so patient and amazing with helping me organise my once in a lige time holiday for my daughters who will be 18 and 21. I decided to give them the gift of travel but my 18 year old is autistic so it's imperative this holiday is able to accommodate her. Aria has gone above and beyond. Booked my Disneyland Paris trip with Zoey Olivia , she was absolutely amazing! Cannot fault her level of dedication and help to getting exactly what I was looking for! You went above and beyond and found us an absolute beautiful hotel with free shuttle to and from the parks :)

I trusted him so much that I doubt I will ever use another tour operator, nothing seems like to much trouble. Michael was able to find the exact holiday I wanted with in the budget I wanted to spend.
