I sent my application on a Friday night…

I sent my application on a Friday night and received a confirmation by noon the following day. I was impressed by the prompt processing time (under 24 hours). Keep up the effiency and good work!

At first I have send an email after booking visa. Because we could not log in perfectly
We dubble checked our personal information with 4 persons. So we know that our input was right
First time we did the application with your company. Next time I go again streat to the ambassy

You will need to submit a new ETA application with the correct details and repay the fee.

Hello

There have be some problems about our visa.

It seems that you missed the -van - before our last namens.
Therefore we had to renew an emergency visa for 3 persons.
Claims euro 35 per persons.
Outherwise we could not boarding
It was vanbetuw the notification was betuw
There were 2 with vanzon and the notification was that van was put after the birthnames.
There was no possibility tot changed this
So we were very stressed about it.
Now we are landing at Melbourne and hopefully we do not get any trouble

Therefore we want some compensation for the unnecessary costs

Last minute Visa application.

I only realised that my Visa had expired upon checking in for my flight to Sydney. I panicked, but glad to learn that there’s an online instant visa service. The process was easy and efficient - something that I was most thankful for. The provision of such a service demonstrates the proactive attitude of the relevant authority of the Australian Govt to make it conducive for visitors to Australia. Excellent 👍👍
