This is a scam. Not TowelNado at all (if this even exists) you just get the same unbranded thing you can get on amazon for half the price just search “cool power, cool towel”. Thats what you get after... Voir plus

Absolute scam, cheap knock offs arrive. I think the 3 5 star reviews they’ve got were done by themselves as they all say Fantastic!!
They use Evri for shipping Fake chinese garbage, a wet rag works in exactly the same way - Return refused once 'used' but that's the only way to find out it's all BS
Delivered from China so took a wee bit longer than expected and isn't the branded product as advertised. Unsure if it meets expectations or if it's just as good as a damp towel right now

Cheap generic product - don't pay a premium for this
I ordered what is advertised as a towelnado product, but what I received is a cheap generic product that I could have ordered from other sites at a quarter of the cost. To make matters worse the container that is supplied is useless as it has no seal ring so you cant carry the towel around with water on a hot day as it's not watertight

The towels we was sent are not Towelnado towels they are cheap ones that we could have ordered ourself off of temu or Amazon, delivery takes 11 days and when contacting them they give you no response.
It’s not worth the money and the time waiting for delivery

TOWELNADO.COM is NOT "as advertised on itvs this morning.
Towelnado.com seems to be a fake site - NOT selling the products "as seen on itvs this morning"!
Thought id bought quality authentic item from the official site, but received a fan "branded" as kinscoter and a towel "branded" as cool power. Both came at different times from different places and have no useful instruction and extensive Chinese writing.

Was sent some Temu knockoff.
Was sent some Temu knockoff. If this product does exist they are not selling the genuine article. I was sent something you can buy off Temu for pennies. It doesn't have 3 layers, only two flimsy layers and the bottle isn't even labelled Towelnado. I believe the video they are using is fake. Their customer service contact is only email and I doubt they will respond to or refund me. Please DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAMMY COMPANY.

Fantastic towels - really surprised how good these are!
Fantastic towels, they really do work and have been a lifesaver for beating the heat during the heatwaves!
Could not recommend them enough, customer service was quick to respond to a question I had and were very helpful.
Planning to buy one of their foldable fans soon, roll on pay day 🤩

Company are not to be trusted.
Purchased 2 products on 29th June, no updates, had to chase 3 times and yet they blame the courier. I've requested a full refund and they are not willing to refund unless I send goods back, I don't even have the goods. This company cannot be trusted, all UK should stay clear, there are better products in UK on Amazon.
