After login, Email thread #64113 showed it clearly: the answer on the account page ignored the slot round ID. Support reply turned the payout question into another ticket after 18 minutes.
Mia on chat window looked fine, then support on the account page answered with the wrong bonus terms. Mobile page showed something different from the profile between two emails

Reported this on the 6th with ticket 44120: the balance in the header and the balance in the cashier differ by exactly the pending withdrawal, so it reads as though you have money you cannot touch. Still open.
