TOWER CABS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS
Absolutely horrendous, booked a cab for pick up and 25 minutes late for our Christmas party. Rang them twice and not helpful. Amazingly it was our fault for not booking earlier - how the flipping hell does that work. NEVER AGAIN EVER

Wouldn't even give this company one star
Wouldn't even give this company one star but had to so I could write this review.
Tonight I was at my local railway club and three elderly ladies one whom had a walking frame was waiting outside for an hour and 15 minutes for their taxi to turn up, a friend went to check on them and rang tower cabs and the lady operator told mmy friend that there wasn't any taxis available for 45 minutes my friend then told them they had15 minutes to turn up for the elderly ladies, 10 minutes later a taxi turn up for the ladies.... Disgusting of you ask me... If it takes someone to complain, the taxi driver was obviously not busy.

Appalling. Use ANY other company in Plymouth.
Shocking service! Always, always late. No matter how much notice you give them. Office are unapologetic and drivers are rude. No thanks.
