I order my earbuds (T6) on Amazon, now I used to have the metallic finish model of T6 and enjoyed it, to my dismay they changed the model slightly and the connection is atrocious. I reached out to Tozo's website since on the headphone case they had a QR code for a warranty. A guy named "Milo" attempted to help me, he offered to replace my earbuds at no cost, BUT he wanted me to leave a positive review of my experience. I have it in writing in a screenshot that this company is fishing for 5 star reviews from faulty products. The earbuds that I got ended up not working and then he gave me a different model but in order to do that I had to purchase them myself on Amazon and provide my PayPal email address to get a refund, of course that refund has yet to happen. And what's worse is that the earbuds that Milo says he was sure I would love are in fact worse. Even the reviews for the product that he suggested I would love you can tell that there are bought reviews because they acknowledge that this was a replacement for their broken T6 model earbuds.
I got an email from Amazon this morning saying that they won't post my review unless I edit it. Shame on Tozo and shame on Amazon for their shady business practices.

Great earbuds, awful customer service
Their earbuds are really good for the price but they need to stop lying that they have 24/7 customer service chat. Email or chat customer service is just awful. If you ask a clear and concise question they will answer with complete nonsense or ask you a question that doesn't pertain to your issue. They are really standing in their own way with their terrible customer service. They could be great if they tried. Please have someone who has proper English skills answer the emails and chat. I have never heard any membership.
Bots for customer service… They want to charge you a $52 membership in order to help you

Purchased TOZO Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds off Amazon. The first pair had a high pitch, ear piercing squeal every time you touched one. Sent it back and had a replacement sent. Device worked alright until they would not remain in my ear if I moved and then fell out. I tried to pinpoint my movement style, and pretty much if you do anything active, these are flying out. If you turn your head too fast, kiss them goodby. Once they leave your ears and hit the ground or another object, they are toasted. The charging case holds a charge, but these don't. The charge they hold is extremely short.
Now for the juicy part. I submitted a 1-star review on Amazon, and Tozo offered to refund me if I would leave a 5-Star review. I then adjusted my Amazon review to present that Tozo pays for their positive reviews, so the buyer should be aware of manipulated reviews. Amazon then pulled my review down and won't allow me to leave a review of this product. Amazon advised that they can't have reviews posted stating companies are paying for their reviews, because that will discredit the reviews left on Amazon.

Had issues with my NC9 buds
Had issues with my NC9 buds. Customer service responded instantly and tried 3 times to assist with issues then sent decided best to replace. They are the best. Love these buds!

I recently purchased the TOZO HA1 Headphones, and they are some of the best I have purchased. They pair very well with Bluetooth and have several bass adjustment modes that greatly improve the listening experience.
Additionally, I have had great online experiences with TOZO customer service agent Zoey. She was very polite and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. This was why I was confused when I saw so many 1-star reviews for TOZO customer service.
Nevertheless, I would highly recommend them.

I had purchased Tozo NC-7 earbuds:
Initial challenge was the connection to my phone persistently failing. Having to restart phone and reconnect as though it was the first time connecting! O ther Bluetooth devices connected to phone suffered this issue once – let alone on a weekly basis.
Then sound persistently dropped from one earbud (outside of warranty of course). The earbud "died".
- Tozo support offered no resolution at all – None – no spares – no parts – no help!
- Buy another set was their response!
Stupid me!
After such appalling service (I really should have known better), I stupidly purchased a new set of Tozo earbuds, quite pricey for me, the X1 Golden earbuds.
Within 2 weeks one earbud was lost – Due to the exceptionally poor magnet in the case (specifically for the right earbud, the left magnet is stronger – but no-way near as strong as the magnets in the NC-7). The magnet being so poor allowed an earbud to go on a flight upon opening the case! Never ever to be seen again!
- Tozo support offered no resolution at all – None – no spares – no parts – no help!
- Buy another set was their response!

Som om de vil sende jer et gratis sæt headset efter i selv havde smidt dem væk. Mine gik i stykker af sig selv efter 3 måneder og efter 3 måneder med at skive til idioterne fik jeg at vide de ikke ville gøre noget ved det. Ikke sende et nyt sæt, ikke sende penge tilbage, garanti var de ligeglade med fordi den var overgået for længst? 3-6 måneder er meget mere end i forventer jeres produkt lever? Their customer service is beyond the worst I've encountered in a LONG while. I could not make their earbuds fit or work for me so I looked at their site to read the directions on returns. I have to contact them to get an address and then pay for the return shipping. I did so the very day I received the address. Two weeks later, I still had no refund. I tracked the package, it was undeliverable to the address Tozo provided and the business doesn't even exist at that address! Many emails later and, after being told I would get no refund because I hadn't returned the buds which I have proof I did, they are finally saying they'll refund me in a week. ???? We'll see. But they have been so sketchy, so uninformative, so unhelpful and deceptive that I want to warn everyone to NOT buy from Tozo Store.com. STAY AWAY.
Shabby customer service
I purchased a pair of ear buds from Tozo.
I was very satisfied with the ear buds, overall. Unfortunately, the charger cubby was defective and not charging them properly.
I contacted Tozo several times over a period of 1 month and finally somebody returned my email.
After answering many ridiculous questions, they finally sent me a replacement cubby.

What a joke of a company! I ordered a pair of headphones on February 7th, expecting them to arrive in a reasonable time. But no, two weeks later and not a single word from them. No email, no text, no smoke signal. Nothing.
When I finally contacted them, they gave me the lamest excuse ever: shipping was delayed due to Chinese New Year. Seriously? How does that affect them? The holiday was already over for days when I wrote to them. And even if it wasn't, they could have at least warned me about the potential delay when I placed the order. Or sent me a courtesy email.
But wait, it gets worse. They then told me that the headphones I ordered were out of stock. Out of stock! Then why were they still listed on their website? Did they think I wouldn't notice? Or did they hope I would forget about my order and let them keep my money?
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed new headphones urgently, as my last ones broke, but they couldn't care less. They are dishonest and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague!

As well as great products (I've had two sets of T10's and a set of A1 Bluetooth headphones and based on build quality and value I wouldn't go to any other company and so far their customer service has been nothing but excellent. when contacted with a product query (in this case having misplaced my spare tips) their personal almost instant reply directed me to where I could purchase these spares. The lady who answered was very friendly and helpful.

Faulty Golden X1's replaced
I bought a pair of Golden X1's. At first they worked fine, but after a few months the right earbud emitted some weird noise (like white noise) every time ANC was on. I emailed Tozo, and at first they offered a 20% refund as well as keeping the faulty product, but after negotiating, they gave me a new pair, and let me keep the old ones.
My only complaint is the shipping time, which was about 2 weeks to Ireland from China. Overall, good experience. The X1's sound amazing, and the fit and ANC are great too
Gold X1 and NC9 are better than Airpods
Bought the Gold X1 and the NC9. Love the X1 but afraid to leave the house with them. The sound is amazing and so is the fit. I can sleep on my side and don’t even feel them. Bought the less expensive NC9 for outdoor. Same great sound but not all the bells and whistles found in X1. The rechargeable cases are awesome and require no cables if you have a Qi charging pad. Both cases hold week long charges keeping earbuds full and ready to go. No more Apple sticks hanging from your ears. Great products, great prices from a U.S. based company.
Snail mail delivery
The product is excellent. I LOVED the T6 but unfortunately misplaced the charge case. I placed an order on the 12th of June in $$. I ordered 2 cases. At no point on the website did I see it mention the product would be coming from China and they would be using snail mail, Yanwen. A month and 5 days later, 17/07/23 the product has still not arrived- at the Costa Rican address. I have now left where I was holidaying and returned home to the UK. I messaged the company and asked them to make a return to sender request as I have no plans to Costa Rica and send me a pair in the UK or at least discount a new order. They refused. As much as I love the product, my experience of their customer service is somewhat woeful. I may yet buy another pair but only after confirming the product’s location and delivery period.

I had a fantastic customer experience with Tozo when I lost one of my earbuds. I contacted the company to enquire about whether I could order a single replacement for the missing earbud and they sent me a brand new pair. Very much appreciated! Plus the NC2 earbuds offer great sound quality and noise cancellation so I'm very pleased to have a full set again.
TOZO T9 Wireless Earbuds
I have a new Samsung Galaxy Tablet and I bought the Tozo T9 black earbuds to go with it. They are reasonably priced and seem to be high quality and well made. They are water resistant, (ipx7) to sweat, snow, rain, splasheds, things like that. One of the important features to me is that you can use them separately. Earbuds being small have a short battery life. 4-5 hours being typical, these claim 8hrs at 60% volume, we shall have to see! Since they can be used independently used, I can use one and when it runs out of power I can switch to the other and then back again. Since I mostly listen to podcasts and not music this is a very useful feature for me. These earbuds use touch so there are no tiny switches to break or fail. Of course touch can lead to accidently changing settings when you don't mean to but I feel that overall touch is the better (ymmv). I like that almost all commands can be given on either earbud. Only volume and voice assistant/noise cancellation are bud dependant and volume can be done on the phone so no problems there. Lastly these earbud support universal wireless charging even though it is not mentioned in the directions. This is a nice feature as no cables are required. You do need a wireless charger but that works for any wireless charged device that follows the standard. All in all these are 5-star, recommended, would buy again.
