This was my first purchase from TPS and the service from start to finish was excellent. From making my initial enquiry, the staff were helpful and responded quickly. The Blu Ray player I ordered arrived the next day and was packaged well (TPS sold the multi-region variant, which was exactly the spec I was after) and the cherry on top of the cake! They included a 4K disc of one of my favourite films!! So very good all round, I would recommend without hesitation.

Ordered a sony DVD player and can’t overstate what a brilliant company TPS is. Hubby had luckily spoken to them re an HDMI cable before we ordered, mentioning we needed a region free player. Placed the order on line, but unknowingly ordered the un modified one. Received a call from TPS to let us know. The wrong order was cancelled and the on line order number for the correct one given, which we ordered. It arrived the following day and is up and running perfectly. What brilliant customer service. It’s rare these days that you get top notch first class customer service, from a company that clearly cares about its customers. Do not hesitate to order from TPS, they are brilliant!

Product delivered on time and with no hassle. Communication with TPS was super easy and they were aware of my order with minimal explanation. I bought the Panasonic UB9000 and it was new and exactly as described.

It was time to upgrade my blu ray player to 4k Ultra HD after buying a new TV.
I have a collection of dvds and blu rays from around the world in all regions, so a multi region player was important to me.
I’d previously bought from TPS so they were my 1st choice for a Panasonic 4k player.
I placed my order then went to the shop to collect.
I had a slight problem with it switching regions on setup so took it back and one of the guys adjusted the settings.
This helped and it now works fine.
Overall happy with the item and know it’s covered for 3 years warranty if anything else crops up and would happily return to TPS for my future disc player needs.
