We cannot thank the team enough for the incredible support they gave to Woodlands Hospice. They went above and beyond to get the floors looking gleaming, and the difference they have made is huge. It will make cleaning and maintaining them so much easier going forward.

On top of their amazing work, the team were incredibly happy, friendly, and a real pleasure to have with us throughout the day. We are truly grateful for the time and effort the company gave to support the hospice and would 100% recommend their services.

Lovely, professional service from start to finish.

I reached out to one cleaning company and they were not able to help me due to distance of the location of the clean, so forward my details to Traceless. When Tia reach out to me on the 8th of Jan, I was very emotional due the circumstances of the clean and the short time scale I had, I was up from London visiting my ex husband in Scotland and Tia helped and advised me every step of the way, the whole team was brilliant, they where fast in being able to fit me in for the clean on the 15th of Jan, as I had a short deadline, I was organising all of this for my ex husband who has mental health issues so by the time of the clean I wasn’t able to be at the property and they worked with him brilliantly on the day, the team was so supportive and kind, he said what was an emotional day he found the whole process so easy going and a relief, there where times I would phone Tia or Lia, worried my ex husband wasn’t doing great as I had just got off a FaceTime call as he wasn’t sure on what he should be doing and Tia would reach out to one of the team members in the flat to help him a long, so so kind, plus what was a 2 day job they completed in a day, can not recommend Traceless enough ❤️

What a great company. We had a burst pipe and major ground floor flooding. Tia sorted someone to come out the next morning and we even had the option of same evening had we wanted it. All cleared within a few hours. Above and beyond.

Flooding in my area is horrendous. Normally the clean up is unspecialised and rubbish. Traceless came in and sorted the whole thing like no other company has done before. Can’t recommend them enough.

Called Traceless late night on Saturday. Super friendly girl on the phone and three hours later they were there. Even before the plumber had arrived to sort the leak. They patiently waited, extracted the water then cleaned and disinfected the whole area.

Our basement flooded and traceless helped us out. They were proactive and the staff were very polite.

After a recent flooding within my workplace, the clean-up was handled incredibly well. The response was fast, organised and professional from start to finish. The team worked efficiently under pressure, communicated clearly and ensured the area was made safe and fully restored as quickly as possible. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. We were extremely impressed with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We have just had great service via traceless cleaning. Their telephone handling service was really efficient and helpful, managed to get us the help we needed on the day before Christmas. The person that they sent named Ashley was very prompt and efficient, nothing was too much trouble and he did a really good job clearing up the effluent that had been deposited behind the‘boxing’ in our bathroom.

We had a house fire and Traceless did everything from removal of debris to the full clean up. It was an absolutely fantastic and smooth running service that helped make a really horrible, difficult and stressful situation a lot easier for us. Thank you so much! 🙏

This company did such a great job for us we have a massive office and they came to do the carpets. They were like new afterwards!

I contacted Traceless to help with a sensitive cleanup. Tia called me back straight away and we had agreed a quote for the work within the hour. Her team Sheridan and his colleague came round the next day. They were very discreet and incredibly professional during the whole experience.

Amazing results from this incredible company. My mum was a hoarder , couldn’t even get upstairs to bed, bathroom and kitchen inhabitable.
They came and transformed her flat to a beautiful clean uncluttered home. They did it with patients, compassion and kindness as my mum was reluctant to change anything and very overwhelmed. They put her mind at rest now she feels she in a hotel 😊.I haven’t seen her so happy for such a long time .
