I would give a negative score if I could. This is nothing but a scam and they are thieving scumbags.
If you use them after they contact you to track anything it seems a very small cost but they automatically sign you up to a rolling 12 month contract to track things at £24.90 per month without making it clear and then refuse to refund you when you challenge them. Avoid using them.

Utterly useless
Utterly useless. A card was left, which is useless, because we are out at work all day.
Then I was charged £1 and my parcel was sent back to the depot. 1 star is too high.

My 80 year old parents had a new router delivered from EE and they were told that they would have to pay £1 to track the package. When the parcel arrived they were asked for their debit card for the delivery but they have now been charged two lots of £24.90, which Trackerly claims is a twelve month tracking contract that my father agreed to when he handed over his debit card.
This is a total lie, no contract was ever discussed and my parents certainly do not a twelve month contract to track the very rare occasion that they have a parcel delivered. The contract has now been cancelled but Trackerly is refusing to refund the money they have paid. Disgraceful company - avoid at all cost!

Wish I could give this company minus 50 stars but I bet there's a bunch of fat cowards that read the reviews and 😂😂 wish I could meet the boss!!! But he wouldn't have the guts! Thief best candidate for rip off britain's and pensioners and probably our veterans with no feeling wat so ever!!! You stole£80 from this veteran but wat goes round!!!

Scam!
Scam!! you can enter random numbers and they say they found your parcel. It costs one pound so not a great loss until you discover that you are committed to a subscription.

I agreed to pay this company one pound to track a missed delivery from ParcelForce. The transaction appeared on my credit card the next day. However, 72 hours later, they took a further £24.90. It transpired that I had not read the T&C's which included a monthly subscription fee.
DO NOT USE TRACKERLY !
