Very welcoming and friendly
Very welcoming and friendly. Our expectations were exceeded.
All of the cars we saw on site were very well presented and clean.

My car was serviced quickly and efficiently. It looked cleaner and newer after the complimentary wash and vac!
The friendly staff talked me through the results of the service with helpful advice.

My first visit
I bought my vehicle from a local garage which held a Suzuki franchise. That was taken away/lost and as a result, to maintain its warranty, I now have to make a round trip of 90/100 miles on horrendous pot holed roads. I don't mind doing that to have some peace of mind that Suzuki may offer some support if there is a failure on the vehicle. I cannot fault the staff, very friendly and polite, staff appear to be helpful and genuine. Far better than going to a large franchise dealership. All the facilities were at my disposal. It was a much better experience than some of the more 'up market' vehicle manufacturer dealerships. I can only mark my visit to Tracks down on one thing (which doesn't deserve the loss of a star.) Because I spend a lot of time caring for my car and I do not want it to experience a pressure washer and/or traffic film remover. That was endorsed on the job sheet, but sadly, staff were in auto and I went back to my car which was in a worse visual condition than it was when it went in. I now have to wash and wax it again. Enthusiastic staff didn't look at the job sheet. I have already booked next years service.

Tracks always are very kind& helpful
Tracks always are very kind& helpful. Their service team are always nice. And always eager to help in anyway they can. I have had my car serviced & mot there for at least 20 years. And I can not fault them in anyway. It’s always a pleasure . David alway explains things very well. And all the team are always very helpful.

As always I’m very pleased with the work carried out on my car and the high level of customer service from Tracks Suzuki at Exeter. The Aftersales team are exceptional, friendly yet professional and the attention to detail with the admin/paperwork is outstanding. My car is always cleaned by the team too which is a real bonus! Tracks Suzuki, Exeter for attractive Offers & Excellent Afterservice
I have always found Tracks. Suzuki @Exeter to be professional, reliable and extremely personable in all aspects of their work. Their prompt attention to the needs of the customer and attention to detail also go towards the enhancement and attractiveness of the company when deciding what future car to purchase.
All of their staff are to be commended for the excellent service they provide and in particular Mr David Upton, Anita Hill and Peter are well worthy of praise.

A Company that thinks about their customer's needs!
We have never felt "hurried" by this Company.
They took on-board any problems with finance matters or documentation, giving us a problem-free purchase.
The representative went through all the main car controls, answered all our questions, and even set up between our 'phone and the entertainment centre.
