Delivery program is awful
The employees at our local store are great but dont get product delivered to you. My order came from several stores and had product missing. Will never do delivery again!
The employees in Holbrook are very caring and helpful. Every time I go for our monthly supply of cat food they remember my face and immediately assist me with what I need. I love it.
I loved their customer service the employees provided. Very kind, and helpful. What I don’t like are the prices. Here in Northern Arizona it’s hard to afford things in the more rural town like Holbrook.

After being a customer for over a year and holding a TSC credit card I received a notice today that after a review of my account that my credit line was lowered from $2500 to $450.
I have never been late on any payment and 90% of the time I pay my balance off before the payment is due.I sent a letter back with their credit card shredded and enclosed with the letter.I take it that the people that pay their balance on time get crapped on just like the customers that do not pay.I will no longer shop at tractor supply and I will be sharing my experience that I have had with TSC after being a loyal customer with anyone who asks my opinion about TSC.I will shop at the local mom and pop farm supply stores from now on.TSC you take that credit card and shove it where the sun dont shine!

Bypass Tractor Supply
Bought a tiller from them and someone put it together all backwards. Tines and wheels goes against each other and reverse is fast forward. Was told twice manager would call me the next day. After 2 weeks I sent a letter to the main one in Tennessee and didn't hear anything. A week later I made a complaint to the BBB. I got an email then from main BBB that serves the main corp that the local one in Luray Va. would be getting in touch with me. June 6th TS still hasn't emailed me. Just want my money back since it is too late to get garden tillered and planted. Very bad customer service and selling something that doesn't work is a no for me on buying anything there. Was told by others in Luray that never buy anything there but I use to enjoy going there but that has changed... Brought tiller back working and was told I would receive a check for $361.00. July 2nd received a check for $263.24. Called manage that day and she was going to check it out. As of today July 25 have not seen a check for the rest or had any messages. Will definitely not be going there anymore along with my neighbors or family that has been treated badly.

......Tractor Supply is a great store that needs some improvement. Excellent store employees in Huntington,Indiana, and a great store for all pet supplies, dog toys, farm equipment , clothing, etc.
....That being said, the Tractor supply online review moderators do not understand or comprehend English, have limited intelligence, and I will assume that is because their customer service center is based in a 3rd world nation.
...I have posted many excellent 5 star positive reviews of Tractor Supply products on their website that were removed because the "moderators" could not comprehend English!
I Love & hate them!
I'm just sick of them! I can't even begin to explain each problem until this week, when there were three! Their online ordering never gives my discount & I'm a Neighborhood Plus member! It's just not worth it for me to have to deal with their customer service for 45 mins everytime I place an order!
This week my first order got messed up and I had to call back three things to get it fixed. I will say the c/s call people are mostly real nice. I placed an order for dog food for a street feeder & it was not set-up for shipping for two days! Dogs starving & they can't ship the food out. I called c/s because my order was still showing "preparing to ship" the next day. Too late to cancel it, but it could be returned to the store after she receives it...duh. My point was to get her food ASAP, not have her returning stuff she needs when she doesn't have a car! Too many other online stores to choose from

TSC doesn't Service or carry Parts for What They Sell!
I bought a Ground Work 1.5 gl yard sprayer. The instructions were minimal. The sprayer worked Great!
However, when the hand pump failed I tried to get a replacement through TSC. Forget it! All I got was a runaround! They don't stock parts for what they sell. If it's under warranty and you still have your receipt I guess they'll probably replace it for you. After giving up on TSC I went to other Yard Sprayer companies and found one which showed How to Fix and maintain the hand pump using Petroleum Jelly. I took it apart, found the O-ring out of position. Fixed it and used the jelly for lube and now good as new - No Thanks to Tractor Supply!
Ordering online is just as bad as going…
Ordering online is just as bad as going into their Ossipee NH store. I ordered a few things on may 10th, not all from Tractor supply. I ordered a 1” pressure vaccume breaker from them and a WiFi booster from a place that shipped it from China. I got my China order in 7 days. My order from tractor supply, 3 weeks. That is a joke. Good thing I had a back up and it wasn’t too important.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I went to get some flowers for my garden, they had probably 6 rows of what was once beautiful plants, but they were all dead!! It was soooo sad to see all of them dead just from lack of water. Apparently not one person that works there knows how to use a hose, not even the manager. Manager?? Is there one?? Don’t give them your money the place is disgusting.
Website is glitchy, but otherwise they're Great.
Only bad thing I can say about TS is that their website is AWFULLY slow and glitchy. That might be a backwards compatibility thing. I'm still using Lubuntu 18.04 for my main system and sometimes websites have features that demand something more up to date. That's so bad I've given up buying on line several times, but great otherwise.

Tractor Supply lacking in customer service and resolution
Several emails and calls have been made about the business card and store system not recognizing the card. Calls have been placed to the main CS number regarding store #2982 where I go in and can never use my card. A call was made to HQ in TN, ref#TSC1067430 and I learned that business cards have issues being used and something manual needs to be done internally at Tractor Supply. The manager of the store was called and a request for action made. The young lady said it should take 48 hours. Well! Go into another TSC near me a few days later and card fails. Go in today and it fails again. I've tried Citibank, they say it's TSC issue. You all say it's an IT internal issue or Citibank issue. All fingerpointing NO RESOLUTION.
At this point, TSC seems to not care about my business nor care about the continued issues with the business card so shopping with them needs not be my concern either.

I kept 2 birds and froze them as instructed by my attorney and kept a sample of the straw , it looks like now I will be sending these items off for analysis in preparation for legal action. Based on the fact I put the straw bedding in my layers house within 5 hours 28 birds were dead and evidentially Tractor Supply does not care the prime suspect is mold in the straw so we now get confirmation in hand I offered to accept replacement for the layers but now my attorney said we will go for loss of income from egg production for the remaining productive lifespan of 1 year old hens
Bad customer service!!!
positive side-I have been going to TS for many years and have always been treated with respect and great service!! However, today I went and was faced with a very disappointing situation involving a cashier. First, she had a bad attitude when helping me out as I was being charged. Second, she overcharged me $3 on an item. Third, charged me $14.99 twice on another item. When I confronted her on the $3, she didn't even say I'm sorry, she just called the manager and continued checking other customers. When I looked at my receipt, I noticed she had charged me twice on another item. I confronted her and all she said was "oh" and placed the ticket on register. Her name is Estrella. i waited about 10-15 mins until the manager came and cleared it up. Waited on the other side of the isle not knowing that 5 mins later she looked at me and said, "you'll have to go to the end of the line" in order to get your refund (with such a depressing attitude)!! There must have been about 5-6 customers waiting. Waited and fortunately the manager came to other register and of course I got right up there to get my refund. Wow! what an experience!!!
