I love this store
I love this store. They have unique items as well as everything you can get for your home, farm, and animals. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I get my dog food by subscription and it always arrives on time and fresh. Anything I order is exactly as I expect it to be.
they never have flash sale items on hand
they send a email to you about a "flash" sale and when you go to the store they don't have the item in stock, and no rain checks just sorry. It was my last time going after this. Gas is too expensive to waste a drive to the store for nonthing
I ordered a refill of my dog's pain…
I ordered a refill of my dog's pain medication. After more than seven days, the order was still processing. I called and they had no record of the order. They transferred me to someone who found the order but needed to give me a call back, and I was unable to take the call back. They sent me an email that looks like they re-sent the order, than an email that said they cancelled it. Never an explanation, and they do not answer the phone.
Xenophobic and racist staff
I have been a Tractor Supply customer for approximately 12 years. At the beginning their service was atrocious and they never had enough staff working to assist the customers. So, for several years I didn't go in as often and found many of my supplies elsewhere. Now I'm back to weekly visits and for several weeks it seemed as if they had fixed their staffing issues and trained their employees...but several weeks in, I encountered the most hideous situation. The regular cashier at my location tells xenophobic and racist stories to her customers. I reported it and they don't seem to care. So I'm back to purchasing my supplies elsewhere. I'm extremely disappointed that they are supporting her behavior.
Placed an online order
Placed an online order. Received email indicating that the merchandise was shipped, BUT I was not to go to the store to pick it up until I received a "Ready to Pick up" email. Tracking showed that the order arrived on Friday, May 15 shortly after noon. No message to pick up sent to me. Contacted Tractor Supply HQ to get further clarification. Contacted them twice and no response. Tractor Supply policy says that the store will hold online orders for 2 days, then cancel the order and return the merchandise if not picked up by 2 days. With no response from HQ, the store canceled my order and returned the merchandise without ever contacting me to come pick up the order. Now I have to find another source of the product that I ordered. DO NOT USE TS ONLINE ORDERING IF YOU REALLY WANT THE PRODUCT!!!
Military discount
I have been trying for 6 months to get the military discount applied on our account. It shows it has been verified yet never shows up on the register. They employees used to put it on for us but now have said they can't do it anymore. Emails have been exchanged for 6 months. Most of them say I haven't replied and sent them what they need to put it on the account. I have sent proof that I have replied almost 10 times. I guess there is no way to get this resolved. If you call them, there is at least an hour wait and then they are not helpful. Don't advertise military discount if there is not one. Horrible company. Not concerned about customers at all. Come on Tractor Supply, you can do better.

Received an email from TSC that my order could not be processed due to an issue with my credit card. No explanation what the issue was. Is there a zero rating I would rate tractor supply a zero in my second month of subscription I was overcharged $20 at first then 3 weeks later charged instead of credited an additional $28.45 a total of $48.45 overcharge and tractor supply will not take responsibility or accountability for the incompetent office personnel this experience with tractor supply is a disgrace and embarrassment and was awful I had to cancel my subscription only the second month into it I screenshotted the over charges and they're still not taking responsibility I will never ever stop again at this company how do I seen the previous reviews I would have never shopped from them in the first place they ripped me off almost $50 for two bags of cat food and three bags of cat litter that should have only been $70 total instead I was charged over $108.45 and tractor supply is giving me a hard time to give me my money by they are lying telling me they credited me 3120 there is no evidence of that in my account only there are multiple charges for charges for a couple of products that should have only cost $70 this company sucks
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, charged me over 300.00 and never received the merchandise. Now can't get refunded or answers. Prices are no where competitive at all. Convenient at times. But I will never shop again.

Purchase a $4k Cub Cadet Zero Turn mower. Have used it two times for a total of 2 hours. It's mowing unevenly. Sent contact emails 2x online directly to Tractor Supply. They won't even call me back. Never again will I buy a big purchase here. Encourage you to do the same. I didnt realize their service was so bad until looking online. They have a real problem. John

When a person pays cash for an item(s) I expect exact change. I do not appreciate a Cashier telling me that they no longer are given pennies in their drawer, yet they still show odd cents for my purchase I am very close to not go to that store again!
Terrible service
Terrible service, I purchased a $3000 riding lawnmower. Tracker supply uses XPO to deliver their items. XPO are horrible!. I was suppose to get the mower on 4/30. Well I am called and told it will be a day late even they had my mower. They came to deliver on 5/1 an hour late truck driver parked the wrong way when he could of turned around and parked right. He sees me says nothing and continues to talk on his ear pods. he goes into the truck and I can hear banging as he is trying to turn my mower. He has a jack and trying to get it on the lift but can't seem to be able to do his job. He tells me he can't get it on the lift and I need to back a truck up to his to get it off. Or he can't deliver it. I tell him no and its not my problem and he is the driver deliver my mower. He then curses me out and my mother. This XPO and their horrible drivers is the reason Tracker supply lost a $3000 order as well as my son was going to buy the same mower from them. So Tracker supply lost $6000 because of XPO and their horrible service. The worst thing is Tracker supply has the nerve to send me an email telling me my mower was delivered. TRACKER SUPPLY and XPO horrible service. Don't buy any big items from them as the use a horrible deliver company!

Islandia Store. Sold me a dead battery for my lawn mower. Saw another review on yelp that complained about the same thing. TS needs to check their stock. Had someone check my mower out never expecting the battery was dead. Had to pay for their services, only to tell me to exchange the battery. Do better TS.

Sent wrong grill and can't get a reply from online "customer service". I went to my local store to buy an advertised grill that the website said was in stock, but they brought out a different grill from that advertised and said that's all they had. So I ordered the grill online instead and they sent the same wrong grill that the store had, and now I can't get a response from online customer service despite MANY attempts to reach them both by phone and email. Worst customer relations I've seen in years.

Stay away from online orders at Tractor Supply Company
I ordered online on 4/8/2026 and was charged for the product. At that time the order showed an arrival date of 4/12 or 4/13 from UPS. I finally received an email that stated the item was shipped on 4/17/2026. It actually arrived in Denver metro on the 14th. I waited a couple days for a tracking number. I finally called TSC Solutions Phone number and waited 1 hr and 15 mins with no answer. Hung up and called again without any answer which was during TSC business hours. I called again the next day and left a message on the machine for a call back. I was finally called back but was hung up on as they were trying to figure out who and/or where the item was located. I called back again left message and was again called back again. They informed me that XPO logistics had actually picked up the item on 4/10. This is what I was able to find out with a XPO tracking number.

I then called XPO, they said they have given the delivery to Western Peak Logistics and have no more involvement. I called Western Peaks to be told that they only deliver to Bailey Colorado on Wednesdays. So far Western Peak has missed 4/15 and 4/22. Western Peak does not update any tracking info by what I can tell!! If I don't receive the item by Wed. 4/29 I will be stopping my credit card purchase. I sent an email response to TSC solutions and have not heard back for three days. Sent another today so we will find out if TSC really cares about their customers or not!
Well they don't care! Customer service never called back, but finally the item did arrive. Box was damaged so i will need to check if anything inside was damaged! I was going to leave feedback on TSC website, but that does not work!!!! Stay away from online ordering from TSC.
Don’t get the tractor supply company…
Don’t get the tractor supply company credit card. I have had the card for about a year and I haven’t used it much. Then today I got a notice from Credit Karma stating that an account had closed. I looked and it said that it was the tractor supply credit card. So I called to find out what the issue was and the lady said “oh, well it has been in active for a period and was closed on 24Apr2026.” I asked why and she said “due to inactivity.” How can they close your account, especially since it’s been in good standing? No late payments, no skipped payments, with a balance of $0.00. And they don’t inform you before they close it. They close it and then send you a letter. They closed it on the 24th and today is the 29th. They said that they can’t reopen it. That I have to reapply. Not going to. Not worth it.

We walked in the store and it was completely quiet and
Peaceful, so clean and organized. We got what we went for and once we got to the register, it was empty. We waiting for a bit and once Mrs holly got there, she had an attitude. We greeted her but there wasn’t a Response from her, not even a smile. The register asked for a DOB and she got upset and asked us for a DOB in an awful tone. After we paid she gave us the ticket and walked away, didn’t say a word or handed us the bag. Horrible customer service from her. It’s not the first time she has an attitude. I saw another worker which they greeted us in the aisle. The store is amazing, but if a worker continues with their horrible customer service. We will take our business somewhere else.
