The help was very professional
The help was very professional. My complaint is I bought some doggie Angel Eyes for my pup at the Colby, KS store and they have not had it on their shelves the last 2 times I’ve been in there. Colby is only 17-18 miles from Oakley, KS and it is a wonderful convenience to shop there. Guess will have to drive longer distance to pet store since your store here no longer has it. It was ordered but never received at the TSC.

They have messed up my subscription order every single month save one since it started. Today was the last straw. I got a text message saying that my order is ready for local pickup. This is a delivery subscription! The local store can't fix it. The corporate office refuses to pick up the phone or call back. There is no way to contact someone to fix this. I live out of town quite a ways in the whole point of a subscription is to negate the drive into town. I might as well shop at a shop at a competitor
Also, the one time I actually did get a delivery it was through roadie. For those not familiar, this is like doordash or Uber in that you are expected to tip the driver. They don't tell you this. So I was expected to have cash on hand for a driver, an additional expense, that I was not informed of. They do not use standard carriers.

My daughter was there today and was helped at the register by a cashier named Ronald actually she was not helped at all she bought an item and went outside waiting for her turn to get her dog a rabies shot and her purchase dropped in the center of a big pile of mulch she could not reach it so she went inside and ask Ronald if he could help her or if she could get another one he left her waiting for 20 minutes and was not willing to give her a another one to replace it finally after standing in the heat outside trying to get this item herself Ronald finally said go get you another one when she first got to the store he was super nice but turned out to be extremely rude and very unwilling to help her

My local store in-person shopping is fine.Online purchases, never again. I specifically checked same day delivery.When I checked out I still saw delivery 1 hour or less .Once I tapped place your order ,I see your estimated day of arrival, and it was a week or more one s label is made.I immediately called to cancel and tried for almost an hour because you only have 59 mins. to call and cancel.5 mins. after my time to cancel, I get a phone call .I no longer can cancel.You rotten s.o.b.Then next day I get some rep who supposedly credited my account.I saw that it was. But then today I look at my online and acct. Credit is gone and now its pending on the withdraw.

Countyline splitter
Dont have issue with tsc but with the countyline 25 ton log splitter purchased there. First season the kholer motor died spewing cas out the exhaust. Second season hydraulic hose sprung a leak and has metric connectors that you cant easily get in the US. Wait is like 6 weeks. Do not buy any countyline products.

I have no issues at the local store level. Friendly helpful people, well stocked store. But customer service at the corporate level is non-existent. If you have a problem and try to contact customer service you can never get through. You exit for the next representative until your phone finally dies or you select the callback option and NEVER get a call back.
Fortunately we have have local feed and farm stores to fall back on. Even though the local TS is okay I'm so frustrated with the corporate customer service that I'm just not going back.

After purchasing a "rugged" hole digging bar and bending it on the first use I posted a negative review, all of which was true. They refused to publish it on their website as it included inappropriate language for pointing out that the country of origin only produces trash. this is just one more reason, out of a long list , to not shop at tsc

Ordering a cable for lawnmower
My friend and I went in to order a cable for my lawnmower and guy sent us to look at belts. He didn’t know the difference between the two. I asked for help he informed me that there was a computer I could look it up myself and order it. I told him I didn’t know how and he proceeded to grumble so I said if you don’t want to help me get somebody who can. Then he got on the computer and looked up the cable for me. Getting help to order something from there is a nightmare because no one wants or is willing to help.

I made an order online for some live plants. I checked out using a gift card w/ my credit card to finish off the balance. A few minutes later, I got a notice that my order had been canceled. THEN a few minutes after that, I got a TSC eGift Card.
I'd rather have my money returned instead of TSC thinking that *store credit* is a proper way to refund money.
I don't have a TSC near me, so I have to shop online. The amount they refunded isn't enough to cover free shipping. I wasn't given the option to add to my order when they canceled part of it.

Think it's bad being a customer? I retired there after 39 years of excemplory service. Even after giving 2 months notice; no one above the store manager even acknowledged me. I do all my shopping at Rural King now.

I recently placed an order for 40 bags of topsoil from Tractor Supply (Islandia NY) and had an excellent experience thanks to the representative who assisted me, GT. He was extremely efficient, honest, and very helpful throughout the entire process.
GT made sure my order was handled accurately, and the transaction went smoothly from start to finish. The delivery was also perfect and arrived exactly as expected. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.
