I'm very disappointed in tractor…
I'm very disappointed in tractor supply. I buy over 400.00 a month on pet food and I like to shop at the one in Grassvalley, because I work in Grassvalley and like to get my pet food bought after work. I went in yesterday and they were out of the items I always buy. I asked when they were getting restocked and they said Thursday so I came back again and bought the only 2 bags of treats and they were still out of the catfood I buy all the time there. The spot was empty. I told the guy they need to order more of this catfood. I'm not going to shop there anymore.
Horrible Shipping
Whoever does whatever with shipping left off my apt number (I know I put it in there; when I log onto the website and go to the 'my orders' page it shows my apt # on the 'ship to' address). So now my $110 prescription food is delayed for god knows how long because they can't function. You would think it would be automated; goes directly from what I type in onto the FedEx label, but obviously not. Maybe that's too high tech for them, lol.

Needed to get my furry pets her antibiotics her vet wanted to charge 160.00 figured I do tracker supple now knowing it was supposed to be a turn around time in 2hours I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get her meds. I would beware how tracker supple works with the rx for pets and go somewhere else
Impossible to return something
Tried to return a pair of boots immediately after receiving them. Submitted via their website, and was informed the refund was being processed and a return shipping label would be emailed. It wasn't. Multiple attempts to contact customer service via email and phone went unanswered. Sat on hold two times for over 45 minutes with no answer. The option of receiving a callback was offered, but I never received a call either time. They obviously have created a system to prevent returns.
A smooth cancellation and reordering
This is regarding Tractor Supply Customer Service. The person who helped me is Johnny. I had placed an order for numerous bags of compost, humus, raised bed soil and top soil. There was a glitch in the delivery system and although I had requested standard delivery, it went to same day. Subsequently I was charged $71.00 for delivery.
I immediately called customer service. Johnny was extremely professional and patient. He immediately called the store to cancel the order, helped me to place a new one. I got the cancellation immediately and the new order went in smoothly.
Love the store. Hats off for their customer service.

Between watching an employee melt down after seeing her mishandling a box of half dead baby chicks to online order screw ups and over charges I would not recommend this company to my ex mother in law!
Terrible Rx Order Experience
I tried to order my dogs' heartworm/flea prevention from Tractor Supply's online pharmacy. They canceled my order twice without contacting me first. It would be nice if they had a hold stage to give customers a chance to resolve issues that are delaying the process.
After they canceled the second time, I gave up and went through a different company. A couple days later, Tractor Supply emailed me an order approval and to look for a shipment message with tracking info. 😒 It took two phone calls and a hour and a half wait time to connect with them to confirm the order was indeed canceled. Tip to fellow customers: If you call them, do not opt for the callback option; they never call back.
Great service but Chicken Clogs smelled like cheap plastic
I will give them 5 stars for delivering on day of request, refund for items plus tax, and a helpful and kind driver. However, when the Chicken Clogs arrived they were made of cheap plastic and smelled like plastic that emitted a strong odor. Luckily they had a great driver and he returned the merchandise for me. Thank you for the refund.

I am done with tractor supply 100percent and all my 9 grown kids are too i spend thousands there every year then my son has a fire list everything he owns and his dog of 9 years and tractor supply thinks because I asked them to donate to a benefit for my son they think hes gonna profit of of tractor supply so they won't donate he lost his house and everything and no insurance so fu I won't shop there ever again

I purchased a 2-wheel farm dolly Friday night then waited until I got the notification that my order was ready for pick-up on Saturday. I then go into the branch on SR-52 in Hudson, FL to pick-up my order. I walked up to the register to confirm my information and the cashier pointed towards the lockers at the dolly. I walked over to grab it and checked the air pressure in the tires which to my surprise were both flat. I asked the cashier if they could put air in them for me, he responded "I'm not sure I'll have to ask the manager" he them requests for her to come to the front over walkie but she doesn't respond. I then asked "do you have a bike pump or something that I could use" he just said if we do it would be on the back wall. I walked to the back wall found no bike pump so I walked back up to the front. When I got up there the manager (Sheryl) was there so I asked her the same question. She said "We have a compressor but I don't know where any of the hoses are" She then said " you should just go to WAWA to fill the tires up, they have free air" she also went on about me just ordering last night and that I could come back after her assemblers get there and blamed me for getting there so early. I explained I came after I got the notification that my order was ready and not before. She kept arguing with me and blaming me and then said " that how we get them" which made it sound like to me they have 0 quality control. This was a completely unavoidable situation that could been resolved but instead Tractor Supply hires incompetent people with 0 customer service skills.
Will not accept any returns at all
Shop at TSC often, never had a problem till today. Tried to return a defective pump to the Midland,Ga store and was told by cashier that the manager told them no returns at all. I told her it was defective, she told me the manager said no returns. I will find another local store for company needs in the future.

We had the cashier Corey,at store #1216, who went above and beyond getting a tractor supply credit card for my husband.She spent about 45 minutes online with the credit card company trying to get a card for him. Finally she was successful! She deserves acknowledgment for her above and beyond help to a customer.Reference #03846235 We hope she gets recognized as employee of the week!
Horrible so-called "Customer Service"
I tried to cancel my order within 59 minutes of placing it (their policy - which they did not honor). I received the item today and tried to start an online return. Got the message that a return label and instructions were attached. Nope. After waiting on hold on the phone for 30 minutes, I got some idiot who took another 15 minutes to accomplish absolutely nothing. They are running an online scam. I will never buy another thing from them.

The store is called Tractor Supply. When I go there looking for a v-belt for my tractor, the most popular sizes are always sold out in ALL of the local stores! Maybe stocking more of the ones that move regularly would be a genius idea! Who knew!!!!
Tractor Supply Not Honoring Veterans with ID.ME
Tractor Supply is offering 25% off truck boxes with ID.ME However, following the link to the truck boxes with the 25% banner at the top and with my account including ID.ME, all truck boxes are coming up at full price even when I go all the way to the checkout process up until putting in my credit card. I feel that Tractor Supply likes to jump on the veteran bandwagon but doesn't even honor their own advertisements.
