Leider wurde die Ware mit leeren Batterien in der Fernbedienung geliefert!
Nach dem ich für teures Geld eine Ersatzbatterie gekauft habe, weil es keine Standard Batterie ist, habe das reklamiert.

Anstatt schnell eine Lösung zu schaffen, bekomme ich Standard Mails, welche immer gleich sind. Angeblich muss irgend eine spezielle Abteilung das alles prüfen.
Einfach nur lächerlich. Ich hole mir jetzt mein Geld über Klana zurück und lasse mich doch nicht verarschen.
Ich kaufe da nie mehr wieder was!

Unfortunately, the product was delivered with empty batteries in the remote control!

After I bought a replacement battery for a lot of money because it wasn't a standard battery, I complained.

Instead of finding a solution quickly, I get standard emails that are always the same. Apparently some special department has to check everything.

Just ridiculous. I'm now getting my money back through Klana and I'm not going to let myself be ripped off.

I'm never buying anything from them again!

product came to me defected at the end of August 2024 and I have been trying to resolve this issue via the resolution center through PayPal and your customer support email has not responded to my request. I have sent a review of this product and has not received a response. I would like to receive a return label and return this product and receive my money back for this product because it is an inferior product and to touch it is hard as a rock and hard to see how anyone can obtain and satisfaction from the product. Please respond.

I wrote a negative review because at first it didn't really do anything for me. However, I like variety, so I would just use it to relax. Now I have figured it out through getting used to it and finding a setting that works. Might get even better than this with practice, so if you bought one and don't feel it right away, know there can be an adjustment curve for some.

I have had the the og vibrator since it first came out and I do not like it. It doesn't do what it advertises, at least not for me. The ergonomics need to be exact for this to work so I don't recommend it because it's not guaranteed to do what it says - I assure you :(

This will be my third purchase from Tracy's Dog, and they are my go-to source for toys. Excellent products, well designed, superior workmanship. The OG2 is an outstanding device. I cannot rate it more highly, and the remote is more than worth the extra couple of dollars. I do wish all their devices had a remote.

I didn’t get my order it said it was delivered but I didn’t receive it I would like to get a refund on my order

I placed an order & received an email saying my order was delivered with a tracking number from USPS but my order was not delivered & when I checked the tracking number sent, I got an error message saying the label hadn’t even been created yet much less delivered. I want a refund.

I ordered from them it was sent on 1st of may it's now the 13th was almost to me than got sent back finally made it's way back, only thing is I only got one item and it was the lube customer service doesn't exist I have emailed, chatted nothing. That being said there's another package on the way I'm guessing they resent it after it got sent back. hopefully they sent the right thing this time but who knows, it isn't here yet and has been zero follow through. Will be doing charge back if I don't get item by end of week as this is crazy.

I got the OG pro2 it was amazing while it lasted and the vibration function gave out on me after a couple months of barely any use when I tried to get in contact with them for a replacement I got no response, after a while I decided to just get another one because it was good but the second one the sucking function is having issues its way louder then the first one and u can barely feel it… at this point I’m over it and its not worth it I’ll just get another toy from somewhere more consistent!!

I am recently divorced and we all know how lonely that could be so I decided to buy my very first toy from you, I probably shouldn't judge your company by one purchase but let me tell you it was the most uncomfortable experience it was an awful awful waste of money it was very confusing to use with the remote, the toy was too stiff it was so uncomfortable and so many ways I cannot find the words to explain

My product broke at first use and the support email wont respond. I am going to try returning since they are MIA.

I have mixed feelings about the vibrator sex toys I have from Tracys dog. First toy I had was the OG sucking vibrator that stopped working after a short time, I wrote to Tracys dog about it as there was a nice card in the box stating they guarantee the their sex toys, they told me to go to the place where I bought it in a very abrupt and rude manner, no problem sending me back but no need to be rude, they sent me a free OG Pro 2 because of their rudeness as an apology, nice touch, this toy went wrong after some hassle they replaced this OG pro 2 again it went wrong they sent me a Beta Rabbit 3-In 1 Sucking, Swing Rabbit Vibrator and an OG 3 sucking vibrator the OG 3 now has a removable head but the one I had did not, the OG 3 has a large sucker head which is a bit difficult to keep in place but when it hits the right spot it was great sadly that did not last long either but I gave up telling Tracys dog at this point. The toys are great while they last sadly they have a short lifespan. The later toys look and feel like they are better quality silicone, but the only toy that has lasted is the Beta Rabbit 3-In 1 which may be because I hardly ever use it, I prefer hands free. I hope Tracys Dog improve the lifespan of their sex toys so we can enjoy using them for more than a few months, the toys are great giving lots of pleasure while they last . This all happened during 2022 / 2023. I nearly did not bother with the review but reviews help me so I want to help others and I am sure they help the companies. Tracys dog would not let me put my review on their site as they said reviews under 4 stars are blocked until investigated Janice London UK

Placed an order last Saturday.

Still have yet to get a confirmation email saying it’s being processed/en route.

It’s now Tuesday afternoon.

Was hoping to get it before the weekend.

Edit, got annFB messenger/email update Wednesday night with tracking status. So all’s going according to plan

I bought the Tracy dog.I don't use it often, but it broke after 30 uses.
Right on one year warranty expired.
And no customer services

Non-existent customer service! The toy I purchased did not work as advertised, so I reached out to their "24/7" customer support... and received no reply. I reached out again a few days later... still no reply. I tried calling the phone number I eventually found for them... the line doesn't even ring. So, I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company, given customer service does not exist for this company. Super disappointed in both the toy and the lack of response from this company. I tried to leave a review of my experience on their website, but of course it never appears to the public because it's a negative review! No wonder all of their products only have positive reviews. I will definitely not be purchasing from this company ever again.

I ordered for the first time from Tracy’s Dog, and felt assured that the product I’d receive would be mind-blowing due to previous reviews online. I decided to treat myself and paid close to £100 (with shipping) for a sucking vibrator. The silicone ripped after 1 use, exposing the electric mechanics inside. I figured that it was no biggie manufacturer's errors happen sometimes, and was under the impression that I could just get an exchange or refund as stated in their warranty.

I contacted customer service shortly after (many times), but received very little/no responses from them. There’s basically no number for them so you have to hope and pray they will respond to your emails. After my multiple attempts to contact them, I finally got through to someone and was asked for my address and phone number to confirm my order, which I gave. I was horrified to later learn that they forwarded my personal information to another customer as part of an email chain. I could also see their personal information, as well as some of their card information that they’d supplied in their own exchange with customer service. I am obviously very uneasy about this and I am concerned that I’ve been scammed. I am still waiting for a refund, but I urge anyone not to buy from this brand.

Pressed the power button multiple times after charging, still would not power on. Held the power button down for 45 seconds before the duck finally received power. Once the power button was released, the duck had no power.
