Purchase
Original email enquiry to Tradelink Gympie store went unanswered. Ended up ordering on line thru Noosa store. Product arrived promptly for collection but when i went to collect no one around in dispath and had to wait for 30mins for someone to appear. I would rather go elsewhere in future.

Great service
The young man answering the phone at the Hallam store, I think he is the assistant manager.
He was absolutely wonderful, I brought the wrong size towel rail, and he went above and beyond to get it sorted

Excellent service by Bruce and the other staff at Caboolture branch.
Though my orders for stainless steel floor wastes weren’t routinely kept at the branch, they were ordered in and available to me in good time.

Miscommunication
I don’t know how long I waited. I rang and was told just to wait. I rang a month later and was told the part I ordered was no longer available. I then received my order roughly two days later
