Very poor packaging used and damaged…
Very poor packaging used and damaged goods. This company are only the middle men and do not produce any radiators. They should use a better manufacture. Expensive items and inadequately packaged with very slow and poor lead times.

Helpful and friendly staff who made my requested changes to my order without drama. My radiator was received on time, very well packed with all the necessary brackets & fittings. Their website is informative with dimensions, drawings & pictures, all of which helped me identify the radiator l required. i will certainly use them again.

This company have been so helpful and professional, their service has been brilliant. Sending sample colour matching for the designer range has been so useful. As an artist I love look and feel of modern radiators it is an important element of my interior design. First time I have ordered from this company and was so easy there website has a vast range and all the informarion required to order the radiators correctly. There outside delivery company kept me updated wuth delivery date and time and that worked like clock work no messing about waiting in for hours and driver was so friendly. Excellent service and experience so far
I've ordered and received the radiator and valves. Everything went very smoothly with great delivery service: prompt and being kept informed.
The online catalogue was also easy to navigate with useful guidance on how to calculate radiator sizes.
I'd like to give 5 stars, however we haven't fitted and used the radiator yet, hence only 4 stars. I will be checking TradeRadiators first when purchasing the vertical radiator that we will need. Highly recommend.

Good website and really helpful assistance from Gemma on the phone. Delivery came exactly on time. We bought 3 large flat panel radiators. They work brilliantly and look fantastic. Couldn't fault the service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Great all round service
Second order from them to buy some Apollo Roma radiators, 6 so far. Both orders were communicated well and I was kept in form by email and telephone about the order or delivery date.
I’ve not had any issues, all the parts were packaged and arrived problem free. Competitively price in the market and fairly simple website to navigate and find what I was looking for.
Highly recommend considering them if buying radiators.

Trade Radiators offered not only a great range of products which meant I could find everything I needed in one place, but also flexible delivery with very professional drivers who were happy to deliver exactly as I needed. Their prices were very competitive too, meaning I got a great deal on the column radiator and cast iron radiator I'd be hunting for.

I could not have the radiator i requested as it was out of stock not had been discontinued. They gave me an alternative which I accepted. Arrived within 24 hours of dispatch at 9am. Fitted by dinner time.

This was my first time using Trade Radiators, I had a few problems with the radiator I was sent, but Customer services was absolutely fantastic throughout and Gemma Jørgensen was very helpful in solving any issues & replacing the radiator for me.
