Received the original Oder promptly…
Received the original Oder promptly but unfortunately one radiator had been on the receiving end of some rough treatment in transit. Trade Radiators were excellent in handling the situation and in arranging for a replacement to be sent out - which also arrived promptly.
Customer service how it should be done.

2 curved towel radiators
Ordered 2 towel radiators - arrived quickly but one had minor damage - customer support sorted quickly and had a replacement sent with no fuss.
Good prices and selection available, have used a few times before.

Great service and great value products
Great service and great value products. Rang up after ordering to check on delivery because of postal strikes and had a plumber booked to come fit the parts. No problem they got it sent by courier and arrived as promised!

Ordered 3 Windsor column rads for next day delivery
But they did not arrive next day and the feet (west world) arrived in a separate order 7 hours later so not great!
Also I was told the trade (3) column feet would not fit so would have to buy west world feet (more money) but they were not great and didn’t really fit between the column so we purchased some standard 3 column feet from a local supplier instead.
So we now have £70 worth of feet to bin
The quality of radiators seemed good on a positive note but the other issues made the experience not great

Good service, good price
Easy to order, clear whether items were in stock, everything as described. Have used company before, so was not expecting any different! Four stars rather than five as items came in 3 consignments, which was a bit of a pain in terms of deliveries, but a minor gripe. Will be my first port of call if I need radiators or parts again.
