Trade Show Travel Company Avis 

These guys are lying scammers, don't buy anything from them. Told me nothing but lies. called me 2 or 3 times a day for weeks. They will sell you a package tell you that you just pay the taxes on other fees.

William White of Trade Show Travel Company went above and beyond the call of duty to make my reservations for a Nashville trip with my friends! I appreciate how he understood what my travel needs were. If you need to make travel plans, just ask for William!!

I think it's a scam. No one ever answers the phone. Didn't really send initial offer package, as promised in the email.

The company is very informative, thorough, and professional. I'm very pleased with everything and how knowledgeable the lady was who I spoke to.

Recently, I received a call from Monster Reservation Group and Trade Show Travel. They offered to upgrade my plan so that I could receive additional benefits from the travel program. I was promised an email as soon as I upgraded, detailing all the benefits of this new plan. However, after upgrading, I did not receive the promised email.

Frustrated, I called priority booking to investigate why I hadn't received the email. A young lady named Debra returned my call to offer her assistance. Despite my frustration, Debra was very professional and apologetic about the confusion. She promptly investigated the matter, resolved it, and ensured that I received the email outlining my new benefits.

Debra's efficiency and professionalism turned my frustration into satisfaction. We need more people like her when dealing with the public. Thank you, Debra.

Broken promises! For years they call me for more booking fees! The last time I paid I was Promised Vehemently that I would never have to pay again. Today they called me again. BUYER BEWARE! THEY WILL HARASS YOU FOREVER.

Booked the Travel package yesterday with Trade show Travel, with Insurance and unlimited time to use travel, called the number 888 556 1485, 8 times in 8 hrs let the prerecorded message run for 30 to 40 mins each time no answer I tried option 1 and 2. Called my bank to cancel pending charge.

This company, Monster Reservation Group, is a scam. I was told when they sold me the package all presentations after the first one would be waived. I was told I wouldn’t have to attend a presentation for all 7 “free” vacations. When I tried to book, they said that wasn’t true. They tried to suggest for me to book an 8 day/7 night trip, but that would cost more money because it was not the promotional offer. Since I am married my husband has to attend all 7 presentations with me, but the issue is he doesn’t always vacation with me. She argued with me that surely in the next 10 years my husband could go on a vacation with me. I told her I don’t want to wait 10 years to use my “free” vacations. I know this is a timeshare scheme and I have owned timeshares in the past, but my frustration is they falsely sold me the package under conditions they couldn’t uphold. After an hour on the phone, I finally got my money back when I told them I was going to call my attorney because they were fraudulent. I would not recommend!!

First trip to Hilton Head stay with Trade Show was fabulous. Breakfast at Holiday Inn Express was so good. Room was nice. Thanks to William W for all his help

Debbie Leonard was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible with helping me choose a destination and making my reservations. She also helped me get some refunds on prior bookings. She even called me back twice on her days off. Going forward I will deal with nobody but her in the future. Top notch customer service!
