I had a very disappointing experience with Tradex1.live. On 17 June, my account was liquidated due to what appears to be a price glitch on their platform, resulting in a loss of approximately ₹20 lakh.
At the time, I was holding 300 quantity of Silver 210000 PE (sold position). The platform squared off my position at ₹6,999.50, even though the actual market high for that option on that day was only around ₹980. This clearly indicates a serious pricing error on their platform.
I immediately contacted their support team and provided complete details. It has now been over 30 days, and they continue to respond that the matter is "under review." Despite the issue being caused by their platform, they have not refunded my funds or provided any resolution.
I have screenshots and supporting evidence that clearly demonstrate the discrepancy and support my claim.
I hope Tradex1.live resolves this matter fairly and compensates affected customers instead of keeping them waiting indefinitely. Until this issue is resolved, I would advise traders to exercise extreme caution when using this platform.
