Their app and website do not work..
Their app and website do not work during Indian market hours. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue to customer care, I was not heard; they asked for screenshots and a video of the problem, but after I sent the video, they claimed my internet was slow instead of admitting their own fault. It takes five minutes just to place an order because the system hangs, and the order fails to go through even after refreshing. Despite repeatedly pointing this out, they keep blaming my internet speed rather than acknowledging or fixing the actual problem on their end.

Fraudulently placed my account under lien/block
I withdrew my money from credit balance in my trading account with Tradex1live on 25.3.2026. To my horror, in Apr 2026 first week, my bank has put a hold /lien on it suspecting fraud / cyber crime. On inquiry, I was told that government authorities have put hold on the money on complaint received by them. No specifics were given and no notice or info provided. The source of funds was Tradex1live since my funds were lying with them. Naturally, the complaint must have originated from them or the person who remitted my money to me. On inquiry and further contacting support people, Am being constantly told that 'matter under close follow up' , 'no further update available', 'actively being followed up' etc but no movement is visible in the matter. Now I find that my whole account is blocked by my Bank for no reason. The cyber Crime unit is not providing any info. I don't know the reason why this happened to my own money withdrawal. The amount involved is Rs.13000. Am 65 years old and ex service man and suffering for no fault of mine. The matter is pending for very long. Am tired of standard reply and no movement in the matter. Support team says they are following up. Am very very tired and irritated and upset.
You replied on 8.5.2026 saying that cyber hold/lien is done by authorities and progress depends on their further actions.
But the remitter of my withdrawal money - one Mr. Kallu had complained about the remittance (withdrawal dated 25.3.2026 for Rs.7400). The remitter is your agent / partner / associate and therefore, the responsibility lies with you solely. You can't wash your hands just like that.
Please take up the matter appropriately and resolve this by writing to the authorities and informing that this is legitimate trading funds and there is nothing illegal in this transaction.

The above complaint dated 25.3.2026 is still not resolved. The company Stopped replying and washed their hands off. This is recklessness. It does not bother anymore. Customers can go to hell. I will close my account.

The company replied same old rhetorically without any specifics. They should know that all documents/screenshots/bank statements were submitted long back and there is nothing more to submit. Moreover, the lien is placed in the first place due to their complicated/convoluted deposit withdrawal procedure. Nowhere in the world, lien is placed for withdrawing one's own account. This sheer recklessness and unapologetic brazen behaviour.
I demand refund of my lien amount i.e.Rs.12,000 which will restore my confidence and also demonstrate their sincerity with customers' problems caused primarily by themselves. Let's now see where this takes.

8th follow-up(22Days) - N65142 - Overnight positions auto closed by Tradex without prior notice to Customer
Hi Tradex Team,
Finally, I received an email response on 31st May'26 as below - However, this was not communicated in advance, but getting nearly 3-4 calls from your team enquiring about the tradex platform, when raising the concern, there will be NO proper resolution for customer!!
Due to this, unnecessarily I was forced to incur LOSS of 3,14,609/-. Because of your Tradex website incapacity in alerting to the clients, they are made to take this BAD HIT. You share email and enable popup for inventory data, then why can't you enable for this condition??
1 more issue for today - My overnight positions again was auto-squared off at 15:20PM, when enquired with customer support, Sir, if there is any corporate action such as a dividend, bonus, or stock split, the trade will be closed one day before the action.
After the adjustment is completed, you can take a new trade in the next market session
Sir please try to understand this is our platform rule if there is dividend of any stock your trades will be closed one day before.
You can open your trade tomorrow morning.
The moment I requested to raise a ticket, my chat was inadvertently disconnected. I understand that you shall not provide any dividends, however atleast a pro-active communication in such scenarios to the customers is required!! And, if this was the case of auto closing due to CORPORATE ACTION SQR OFF for WIPRO-EQ, then I would have booked at higher rate itself. Now who will pay the difference amount of 7,500/- to me??

As checked in detail, this matter was already reviewed and explained to you via chat on the same day. Your positions were liquidated due to margin exhaustion, as the account margin level fell below the required threshold (705% margin level trigger).
Please note that Tradex does not send separate emails, SMS notifications, or individual alerts requesting clients to maintain sufficient margin for overnight positions. It is the responsibility of each trader to monitor their account and ensure adequate margin is maintained always to keep positions open.
As per the platform's trading terms and risk management policy, if the available margin falls below the required level, positions may be automatically liquidated to prevent the account from entering a higher-risk situation.
Therefore, the liquidation was carried out automatically in accordance with the applicable trading conditions and risk management procedures.
