I’ve tested TradGrip for a few months. Execution speed is okay, but during volatile markets I noticed some delays. The interface is user-friendly, yet the lack of deeper educational resources makes it less appealing for newcomers. Overall, average experience.

Refund yet to be received
I been following up on my refund since 28th Aug, you claimed having refunded but I proved no refund is benn credited by forwarding you my bank statement. But you have neither replied to my mail nor refunded my monies. What kind of company is this when you can't refund the customers amount when in need of medical emergency...

TradGrip is decent overall
TradGrip is decent overall, but there’s room for improvement. The spreads are fine and the platform is stable, but withdrawals sometimes take longer than I expected. Support does reply, though not always as quickly as I’d like. It’s an okay broker, but not my top choice.

After trying other brokers, Tradgrip is okay but not outstanding. I appreciate the transparency, but I’d like to see stronger features and faster response times.

Pls don't go this tradgrip website and don't invest your money ..all are cheating person who are all working in that company .. they are all well trained how to cheat the people money with fake promises and using trusted words .. ..
I lost all my life savings and jewells .. once you entered in to that trade ,they will force you to invest and force you to buy stocks , that all will surely not go in profit .. it will move only negatives .. again they forced us to invest because if the margin went down ..your account will be freeze .. you can't see your account .. you will lose all your money what you invested so far .. ..
Unfortunately if you got profits also you can't withdraw your money .. that are purposely doing this ..to cheat your money ..
They will treat you like a dog .. weekly once the same process will go ..they forced you to invest and share moves to negative and then margin goes down ..again they forced you to invest ..finally you can't get back your principle amounts ,your profits and nothing .. they need your money .. they don't have kindness .. all people are muslims .. shame for me that iam also muslim writing this reviews .. pls don't go

They will continuously asking for deposit. When you deposit extra money. After couple of days they agin ask to deposit money. Horrible

I have been trying to close my account…
I have been trying to close my account since three weeks. Nobody is responding to it. Everyday I have been sending mail to support.
I just get a reply that some assistant will contact me. Nobody has contacted me till now. My account balance shows 203.33.
When I try to withdraw it shows no balance available.
I don't see the reason behind it. I am unable to talk to any one. Only on the first day and first trade one gentleman spoke nicely and that's all.
I am really baffled the way things are. Kindly help me to close the account and return my money.
Please help me in this regard

These people are fraud .don't waste your money .they have no connection with indian Government. They won't give u contact number or details. They will just disappear .after taking the payment. They must be brought under cybercrime

Please be cautious — this platform is a scam.
They assign an account manager who constantly encourages you to invest more. If you follow their advice, it will likely lead to a complete loss. Eventually, you’ll find that you can't withdraw your invested money or close your account. They may even try to threaten you if you attempt to exit.
I used the platform for just 10 days and ended up losing around ₹2.25 lakhs.
Please protect yourself and stay away.
