I’ve been with Trafalgar for years now, and unfortunately leaving my contract. Always paid on time, communication and customer service is great can always get through to them very quickly if needed.
Friendly team of staff on hand to help with anything.
I’ll hopefully return to Trafalgar in the future.

I once used another famous umbrella company (they promised me the world) and I was sooo disappointed I returned to Trafalgar two months later. Keep up the good work guys.

I originally went with Trafalgar for my umbrella company based on value for money, however, I’ve also been delightfully surprised by the quality of the service. The advisors who answer the phone have been fantastic. It’s great to speak to people who are genuine, care and will go above and beyond. I’m really grateful for the support they’ve shown me over my time with them but especially these past few weeks. When I’m next on contract, I have no hesitancy in returning to Trafalgar.

The volume of emails and phone calls after the initial enquiry were ridiculous. The high pressure makes it seem like they t could be a scam but they are probably just on commission.

Absolutely amazing service from the team at trafalgar. Especially Billie who has always helped whenever needed. She is professional friendly and efficient. Always helpful as well.

I've just used Trafalgar for the first time in respect of working a short-term contract and they were brilliant.
I had a dispute with the agency I worked via on the above project, which concerned payment (more specifically, a lack of!). Ultimately, Trafalgar helped conclude the matter to my satisfaction (no help from the agency though, who were useless - Equiniti Hazell Carr and their client, Diligenta, based on this latest disgrace of a project, need to ask themselves some serious questions about how to manage such work!). They acted fairly, efficiently and overall professionally - I'd definitely use them again based on this very good experience.
Steph from Trafalgar's compliance team was excellent in dealing with the above matter specifically, with general support from Billie, Sophie and Stacey being impressive. Thanks all!

I requested an employment reference, but unfortunately has to call back several times as it was not processed correctly on multiple occasions. I then had a phone call from billie to apologise and say that she is now taking over this request. She was so helpful and efficient, the reference was sent within an hour of speaking to her.
