Incorrect hitch
I ordered a reece trailer hitch for my truck with a wiring harness. I got a Draw tite hitch with no wiring harness. Customer support said they’re identical minus a sticker. If I could insert pics I would. There is a $10 difference in price I paid $285 and got a $275 dollar hitch. They said they’ll send the wiring harness separately. Like what.
I am a recent customer
I am a recent customer. It is hard for me to fathom how TrailerJacks doesn't have a consumer rating of straight 5s. The product I received was of outstanding quality, heavy grade metal, clean welds, impeccable high gloss rust preventative paint. Best wiring harness with module, fuse box and ample wiring; clear instructions.
Beyond that- customer service is unequalled. All phone calls were returned quickly. My questions re: product choices were answered with thoroughness, attention to detail, and patiently. Lejla, the representative with whom I worked, is an asset any business owner would want on their team. I couldn't be more thankful or satisfied.
I'm glad I ordered through them.
The jack was available elsewhere for slightly less, but I chose to buy it here because they seem like a reputable company. Glad I did. There was an issue, but they were very responsive and went above and beyond to make it right.

5-star roof rack
Tldr: great product with fast shipping
I got the Rola roof rack for my 2023 Honda Civic sedan, and it’s been awesome. The website made it super easy to confirm it would fit my car, and shipping was fast — it showed up sooner than I expected. Installation was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions in the manual. It looks great on the car and feels sturdy. Highly recommend!

Don’t get these negative reviews, i have never had an issue with an order i placed or the product, always on time. The last time i ordered i made a mistake with my order, called them and they fixed it right away sending me an email of the updated product , even called me back when my order was delivered to make sure i got it! Great company that always puts their customers first!

Ordered a few months in advance of the…
Ordered a few months in advance of the date I expect to move. Order says it was shipped over 15 days ago however the tracking says only the shipping label was created, tracking number didn't work. I emailed them to get an update, no word back. Don't order from them if you want to get your order within a month.
Not impressed
Placed order (best value) but never received confirmation email. Received notice of shipment but it was a partial shipment not noted as such. Received later shipment update that indicated partial shipment. Main purchase item did not show up within the time estimated. Emailed status request and received a quick response that the product had been delivered the prior week but no one was home so it was returned to the terminal. I did not receive a call indicating delivery was coming nor did I receive a call that they were not able to deliver it nor did I receive a call that it was returned to the terminal nor did I receive a call to reschedule delivery. Customer service emailed the carrier contact information and shipping info for follow up which I attempted to do. The carrier name email and phone number was for a non-emergency medical transportation company in Virginia who indicated lots of calls from Arizona and California with the same kind of follow up request. I sent another email indicating incorrect carrier information and received a phone call from GLS transportation that they have my item at their terminsal. Their re-delivery options were not workable so I drove the 40 miles to pick it up myself in order to keep my installation schedule. It is doubtfuI i will use them again

I was going to leave a scathing review
I was going to leave a scathing review, one star. I ordered a hitch from them, Reese brand, it arrived in OK time. However, when I went to install the hitch, the hardware kit was missing three nuts and two bolts. I went to my local Ace Hardware and they did not have the bolts in stock that I needed. I called them when their office opened and was met with a Girl who did not give me any hope that I would be able to get the needed hardware. She said what I had experienced had happened before and it always takes weeks and weeks if they get the hardware kit at all. She offered no solutions other than that she would try. I was very angry. But then a week went by and, lo and behold, I received the hardware kit by overnight shipping. I got the hitch installed without any issues. Sometimes what saves your service is going above and beyond and overnighting me the necessary hardware kit, even though I was shorted those pieces, is why I’m giving them four stars instead of one star. What do you do when you are met with a customer complaint? Hopefully you fix it. They did.

Ordered a hitch in January. Website said it was in stock. A few days later told me it was Backordered. Expected delivery in 4 to 6 weeks. After 3 months, I gave up!

I purchased a hitch for my 2022…
I purchased a hitch for my 2022 Frontier, the hitch is a Drawtight and everything seems to be in order except for the mounting bolts. After an hour or so trying to put the bolts that came with the kit I went to the hardware store and bought some new ones with threads on them and they went in fine. I quit for the day and will do the wiring harness tomorrow and will let you know how that goes
Sketchy
Sketchy, untrustable business. They will not talk to you on the phone. Very weird operation they have working out of Las Vegas. Just seems dirty and possibly illegal. Definitely DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

They overnighted me my part to fix the issue. Don't know what happened or how a traffic cone is what I received the first time

Top service company. I had an issue with a part I ordered and they were able to figure out the problem and get it working over the phone. It's nice to talk to someone who actually knows what they are talking about for a change.

There website said that other year works for my car so I called and they said it would according to the web. Well I got the pug and it doesn’t fix .
This is the point it’s what they did to fix my problem. I called and in less than 5 minutes they upgraded me to a pug that will work at not extra charge!
I buy parts on line all the time these guys are the best!!! Ya there website had a mistake but the end the people fixed the problem not the website. People make a company not there website! Thanks again you have a customer for life.
