Great service
Great service! Transcription was accurate and back to me within the same day of uploading audio. Better price than other services I had researched. Very happy and will use again!

What an Amazing Experience!
What an amazing experience I had with Transcription puppy! I just had surgery on my arm and was splinted from armpit to fingertips. I had a video that needed transcribed for a project that was happening in 3 days. I submitted thinking I was pushing the timetable but gave it a try. To my surprise, it was returned in 2 hours! Fantastic turn around! Would highly recommend.

Transcript for Court Evidence Request
Quick, efficient service. not quite 99% on the transcript but the audio given wasn't the best.
I had to reach out because I did not initially receive the authenticity certificate as requested (recurring issues as it occurred when I assisted a colleague under their profile), but the help-chat agent was very helpful and quickly addressed the issue.
