Worst experience. They dont offer payment options to pay bills. They would take subscript amount bank app transfer then will keep asking you to make payment only 1 bill top up. Frustrating. Worst experience. Will not recommend to anyone in bahadurabad pechs

worst internet ever! looting people with max speed on speedtest but actual download speed is very very slow.

This service isn’t even worth 1 star. The worst internet connection after Ptcl. Made the huge mistake of investing into their TruTV service. The interface is so painful, not easy to navigate and takes forever to load.

Next, I’m taking this review to every public forum.

Worst internet services. Their internet doesn’t work 300 days out of 365 days . If you are someone working from home, please choose a better internet provider coz transworld’s fibre is only as good as PTCLs landline copper cables.
Moreover their customer support always ask you to wait if you complaint about bad internet or no internet. Simply pathetic!!!

Useless company. Was expecting a parcel from these clowns but then I got an email saying they attempted to deliver my parcel but couldn't due to a safety hazard. What safety hazard? Too afraid of getting your high heels wet?
Nobody came to deliver my parcel and if they did, it would have been caught on camera.

this company sucks...BIG TIME! Internet doesnt work most of the time and when it does, it's speed fluctuates like crazy. not recommending it to anybody specially business owners like me.

We are an IT Company and having no stable internet is a nightmare to us. And Transworld has equally proved it. If you want to run a good business never choose Transworld. Highly non recommended.

Never experienced anything worse than Transworld's customers service response. Way non serious attitude towards the customer queries. Highly disappointed and would never recommend even to my worst enemy.

Pathetic 🤢. Their service is so bad that I have decided to change my internet providers because whenever we try to reach them, they come up with a lame and stupid excuse. I don't know how this company got the hype but to be honest they are useless. Waste of money and time.

Worst support team i have ever seen they have only thing to say apologize thats it its been more than 19 hours and not a eingle person contacted to resolve the issue

Ye company banany mai jitny paisy lge thy vo tum mujhy de dety to mai life mai kuch acha kr leta. Comapny name bilkul theek rakha hai tum logo ne Transworld chakky.

Extremely disappointed with Transworld and their support team. It’s been 18 hours and none of their support team has responded yet. Not even a single call from them to help resolve this issue. When I called them after 18 hours, they gave me another 24 hrs notice to resolve this issue.

Lame service. I would never recommend these guys to anyone because hiring this company means wast of money. Same on you Transworld.
