It was easy for me even as a pensioner to order funds online. The options as to where I could pick up and the date I selected to pick was fantastic. When my funds arrived at my designated place I not only received an email confirmation but Jacob from Porirua called me as well. Great service which I’ll use again in the future. 😀😀👍👍

I ordered my foreign currency online…
I ordered my foreign currency online which was easy to do from the website and I was reminded that my order was ready to be picked up. The person whom I collected it from was super helpful and polite. The only reason I didn’t give my review 5 stars was because looking at the exchange rates on other websites, it seemed that Travelex was not as favourable.

Really easy and convenient
Great to see Travelex has a lot of pickup locations - Paper plus nationwide. I was thinking I would have to drive to nearest airport an hour away, thankfully came right to my town.

Easy to transfer money
Easy to transfer money, but I had a issue in Amsterdam where I had blocked myself out of my account and the Adam office would not help me at all. They said that the offices were all different. This was just a simple bit of advice that I eventually solved myself. They were not heplful.

Hidden charges
The rates you advertise are considerably degraded by the service charges that you apply, with the result that a comparison with other suppliers shows that you are close to being the most expensive on the market. I was not warned that further charges would apply - hence my disappointment in my transactions with you.

Good service
I liked the better rate for GBP as an ASB customer.
Service was efficient and professional.
I would have liked to be able to nominate denominations of notes and perhaps a quicker pick up time. But overall a very good service, would recommend to others and would definitely use travelex again.

Staff were very good explaining usage and the advantages of using the card. Very handy card to use when overseas! Travelex sure made our card use easy. Plus topping up thru the app is very straightforward. Highly recommend using Travelex.
