Travellers Home Avis 

A few weeks ago I purchased a Granite Gear 53L wheeled duffle bag with backpack straps from Travellers Home. After ordering, it took a few weeks to arrive. It looked great & seemed okay, until I used it for a weekend away. The zips on the bag are so stiff & poorly sewn, I was able to unzip some of the zips but they became jammed when i attempted to zip them back up. One of the zips completely failed & broke, rendering the bag unusable for any sort of travel. I sent an email to the company to let them know but haven’t had any response. I’m so disappointed with the poor quality of the bag & feel completely ripped off. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Highly recommend this company and will always check first when looking for new travel/luggage items. Fast shipping and an easy returns process, great communication end to end.

Received: [blue grey plastic suitcase] and i forward this problem to the customer service team. One month later, I still haven't receive any sort of refund. Totally scammer. I tried to call them directly they never answer.

Purchased swisswin 17.1 inch Laptop Backpack on eBAY uk but seller was selling it as Wenger Swissgear.
I thought I was purchasing a Wenger item.

Travellers Home Swisswin bag arrived , although I did not know it at the time , as it is VERY similar to a genuine Wenger.

My previous 2 Wenger rucksacks lasted around 4 years each.

This Swisswin rucksack lasted ONE holiday of a 3 month duration. The fabric linings came away from the interior and exterior.
The zip runners corroded and can no longer open and close the bag .

It LOOKS great , but , in reality, in my opinion, it is poor quality.
In my case , it did not even last a full 12 months, only 3 .

eBay will not refund me , due to their 30 day policy. I am now having to pursue a refund through my bank.

I have pictures and receipts to prove all that I say.
