I received a watch but it is not…

I received a watch but it is not working. I have sent emails asking whether I should send it back, where to send it, will they refund… Just got an email saying can you send a video or photo showing the fault. I did but now they do not answer to my messages. NOT reliable company!

I love this brand

I love this brand. They have so many stunning pieces of jewellery at prices that are very affordable. Even the Princess of Wales has been seen wearing this brand. Amazing! 💖

Not Luxe at all.

Just received the necklace I ordered (luxe linear link t bar) was so excited to open and then so disappointed with the quality which I'm afraid isn't it. Very, very light in weight not as chunky / substantial looking as the online image suggests. Unfortunately I will be returning as in my opinion paying £70 for this item makes no sense.

While this has been designed to feel lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear, while maintaining a polished, elevated look,
we appreciate that the weight and perceived “chunkiness” didn’t match what you expected from the imagery online.

Faulty bracelet and no joy.

I was given a bracelet for Christmas which was far too big and kept coming undone, because the design was faulty. The tbar was too small for the round circle and no matter how I fixed it it just kept falling off. I contacted Orelia who made me send photos and a video to show them what the issue was. I did this and I then had a really weird email where they admitted there is a sizing issue and then sent me a link to their returns/faulty policy. What’s ridiculous is that they charge £3.95 to return a faulty item, and I have to upload images once again. So I’m not sure what the whole point of the email exchange was.
I won’t be ordering from them again, I run my own business and wouldn’t treat my customers like this. I’ve basically been given the run around and I’m not paying to send back something that is faulty. I had hoped for better, but lesson learnt. Cheap jewellery = poor quality.

Please please don’t waste your money…

Please please don’t waste your money and fall for this company. I am truly shocked at the cheap nasty earrings I have received. I stupidly fella for all the marketing ploys out there about Orelia jewellery. It’s nothing but plastic with some sort of coating in. They feel light and would not last two mins. I have asked for a refund, and it’s being reviewed. Yer let’s see what happens

Never received, no updates.

Ordered a ring from here and never received it.

Had an email saying they would be in touch with how they are handling the situation, then never heard anything from them since. It's been nearly a week since they contacted me and two since I ordered it.

Brought a pair of earrings & within a week they ended up tarnished they were meant to be gold now they are silver. Would definitely not buy anything from them again. Customer service is poor.

ORELIA.CO.UK EARRINGS CAUSUNG A SERIOUS ALLERGIC REACTION

OFFICIAL COMPLAINT RE: ORELIA JEWELLERY

I AM A SEVERELY DISABLED PENSIONER AND HAVE RECENTLY LOST MY HUSBAND OF 40 YEARS TO CANCER.

I BOUGHT 3 PAIRS OF ORELIA EARRINGS AFTER SEEING AN ARTICLE OF KATE MIDDLETON WEARING ORELIA EARRINGS.

HOWEVER WHEN I WORE A PAIR RECENTLY I HAD AN IMMEDIATE ALLERGIC REACTION TO THEM. MY EARS BECAME RED, SWOLLEN, ITCHY WITH PUS COMING OUT OF MY EAR LOBES.

I CONTACTED ORELIA CUSTOMER SUPPORT IMMEDIATELY (PROVIDING THEM WITH PHOTOS) INFORMING THEM OF MY ALLERGIC REACTION AND REQUESTING A REFUND AND ALSO ASKED THEM TO ACCEPT A RETURN OF THE EARRINGS I PURCHASED.

HOWEVER I AM SHOCKED THAT ORELIA ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND HAVE NOT RESPONDED PROFESSIONALLY TO MY REQUEST.

Suprised by extra charges

Here is an updated review in English with a positive resolution:



I previously had a frustrating experience with my order from Orelia. When the package arrived, I was surprised to find that I had to pay nearly 50% of the item’s value in customs duties and VAT, which made the purchase much more expensive than expected.

However, after contacting customer service, they responded and handled the situation in a very helpful and professional way. They stepped in and resolved the issue, which I really appreciate.

Because of how they handled the problem, my overall impression improved. Good customer service makes a big difference.
