An opportunity to express my thanks to the young man (who resides in Te Puke)...unfortunately I did not ask his name.
He was so helpful and went beyond the call of duty to produce three "NEW" Yen notes in the same denomination - the three for three grandchildren going to Japan - spending money from Grandma.
Quite simply one of the most professional well mannered young an I have encountered in a long time.

We appreciate the honest feedback! Unlike many of our competitors our rates are fee and commission free. We also have a Best Price Guarantee so if you find a competitor with a better rate you can bring the valid quote or ad in store on the same day and we'll beat it so you can take off with more.

Really bad. Always check their website exchange rate before going into any office
They gave me a really low exchange rate from NZ dollars to Australian dollars. I checked the rates online in Travel Money NZ 10 minutes after I exchanged the money and using the website the exchange rate was much much better. I can't believe they try to trick you into giving you such a low exchange rate when you offer a higher one in the website. I understand they try to get a better deal from the customer, but it was a completely rip-off. Really disappointing.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience with our service. We never want our customers to feel as though we're ripping them off so we apologise for this. There are times when we have a different rate online and in store due to the different processes involved. If you buy foreign currency online then you'll collect it a few days later in store, compared to instant collection if you buy foreign currency in store.
