It was easy to understand and booking was easy.

Very Bad Service

1. Tickets are easy to buy in TRE.GE app, but the application won't show tickets them without internet. The Internet does not exist on platforms so does in train(Stadler Kiss). But they can check validity according your ID,passport etc.

2. Is fine when conductor asked me for a ticket on the train, but I was also asked by some conductor on Kutaisi airport train station platform 10 minutes before train arrived, what is weird. I dont speak Russian well so we maybe were lost in meaning.

3. Even big strain stops like Tbilisi, Batumi has really small name sign what is difficult to see.

4. Train Stadler Kiss has some home-made repairs on plastic plates under seets close to doors which could be lifted and one of added screw ripped my pocket on my pants

5. WC doors in train Stadler Kiss dont hold closed and opens when train accelerate.

6. Train Stadler Kiss is comfy.
7. Conductor in train are fine.
8. Internal informational system on LCD screens works well.
9. Workers on train station Kutaisi Airport train station are nice, kind and speak En.
10. Kutaisi airport train station looks modern(but without internet)

Easy to book, intuitive website. There is an option to add tickets to Apple Wallet which is a bonus.

Bookings was easy and simple but it took me a couple of hours to finally book it since the system was showing an error. The process itself was easy to navigate.

Great experience, timing was exact and coaches are very hygienic and comfortable.

I booked First/Business class. This train from Tbilisi to Batumi serves its purpose. Journey time is around five and a half hours. It is not a BULLET TRAIN. However, whatever class you're seated in. I would suggest that Tea/Coffee and Sandwiches (which is BASIC on a long journey) need to be made available to all passengers and an upgrade/renovation is needed for the interior seats. Also the drier in the toilets wasn't working. Therefore, as is the case in Georgia. No regular maintenance is carried out. I have been on better trains in Africa compared to this. As said, this train serves its purpose but the First/Business class, IT IS NOT!

Very professional and informative service.

There not the possibility to buy a hot coffee or tea, even in first class. The only you can is to upgrade for a business class. So a 5 and half hour trip to batumi you should spend a very expensive upgrade only to have hot coffee. Simply ridiculous.

Unfriendly conductor.
Toilet cleanliness should be better.
And worst of all letting badly behaved children run through the aisle non stop from Batumi to Tbilisi.

prices are expensive, they charge for eveyrthing, there are many other train ticket providers on the market way more cheape, search them before to buy here. NOT RECOMENDED!!!!!

The reservation thought the website was straight-forward and easygoing with all the instructions well detailed and in English option. However, we think that National Government should invest more money in reinforcing the frequency of the trains (currently there is only one train daily from Tbilisi to Kutaisi) and its speed (It takes 6h, hello? Is this 2025?) to promote the use of public transport and make the journey for Georgians smoother. If you are traveling in Georgia, we recommend you to get this train as the views are astonishing. Matloba 🫶🏼.

I had to wait for 40 minutes more till the bus started to go.
