ონლაინ ბილეთის შეძენა, ზოგადად, სიამოვნებაა = ზოგავს დროს. ვებგვერდი მარტივია ნავიგაციისთვის. მომწონს, რომ ერთეული ბილეთის შემთხვევაში (მატარებლის ბილეთზე მაქვს საუბარი) რამდენიმე წუთით შენთვის ხდება დარეზერვებული, სანამ რეალურად შეიძენ... და არ აგწაპნიან გაურკვეველ პირობებში მოულოდნელად. კარგია, რომ ადგილს აჩვენებს. რა თქმა უნდა, ცოტა ძვირი მეჩვენა - commission fee.. ასევე ზედმეტი მგონია - ბილეთის დაბრუნების fee (არც მახსოვს რამდენი იყო.. მგონი 1.5ლარი, მაგრამ მაინც.. არ მომწონს, რომ ამდენი რამე მიება ბილეთის ფასს.

Online Basar
We tried to book two tickets from Tbilisi to Batumi. It is such a gamble to get a ticket a few days before the day of travel. You end up booking refundable tickets in the hope that later some other person cancels their tickets in order to book new tickets and cancel the old ones. It a like an online Basar.
Nice is the reservation option for tickets. As soon as you selected the ticket it stays in your basket for 10 min.

Все очень хорошо организовано
Все очень хорошо организовано, вовремя двигался поезд, с минимальными остановками. Радио трансляция работала великолепно. Единственное, что не налажено, это температура в вагоне. Все замерзли. Пжлс отрегулируйте это!

The schedule had a train at 10:25, which I bought a ticket for. However, apparently it does not exist. In the end, I have a ticket for 8:00. Although I bought a ticket for 10:25, terrible.

Good experience
Everything was great except for two things:
1. I prefer if you request the CVC code for each purchase not only once when I attach a card. The current variant is not secure since you don't provide two-factor authentication.
2. When I was buying tickets for the first time and inputting the passengers' requisites (name, surname, passport) I faced UI issues: when I switched the browser from full-screen mode to window mode and vice versa all the data I input into the form lost while the timer kept going.
